*Due to the rain and weather the spot os pretty muddy* Are you looking for a nice place to let your furry friend run around and you get some steps in too, well then you are in the right spot. We have an acre fenced that we want dogs to come and enjoy a good run or a fun place to play ball. There is a shelter to stand under if needed with two chairs that can be moved as needed. Most of the area is flat and there are some trees is the back of the property with longer grass. You do have to walk up a little hill to get to the flat part but it is not bad. There is a parking area right outside the man-gate where you enter with a parking sign. We have put a chuck it with balls and a frisbee under the bench lid for you to use as well as weave poles and an adjustable jump for the pups to try out. Everything you need as far as water, water bowl and toys are all under the bench lid by the big tree. *Updated hours: more availability at night but know the mosquitos are bad when the sun goes down so please wear bug spray or use the bug spray provided. *With spring and summer coming more people are out so there may be noise while at the spot, we do have neighbors with kids and dogs. Google Maps will get you lost so once booked I will send directions directly via chat.

We live on 15 acres, and now have 1.5 acres fully fenced! It is all very flat land making for an easy stroll with your dogs. We are boarded on two edges by farm fields and two edges by neighbors. There is a trail that circles the property, with plenty of space to explore. During the summer, please take advantage of the small kiddie pool. There are also toys and chairs in the fenced area for all guests. Some seasonal things to keep in mind: Spring/fall when we have heavy rain, some areas could have standing water and/or be muddy. Mid to late summer, there are fox tails (cheat grass) that can cling to your dogs. Winter, the trails might not be plowed. There will be a 5gal bucket in the wood shed (inside the fenced area) full of water you can use to refill the two water bowls. Keep an eye out for trip hazards! Logs, sticks, uneven ground and holes.

A great park to walk around and very securely fenced. It does back up to other yards that have dogs, so if you have a reactive dog you will want to be aware of this. My dogs and I had a great time. We will visit again.

I am thankful there is a Sniff-Spot close to Cheney! There are tons of foxtails and sharp thistle plants -(tis the season!)- so it’s worth it to wear tennis shoes; And if you don’t shoe your dog, check feet, ears, eyes, and inside noses. Work at a vet and see the abscesses and such that come from these. It’s a good spot and I’m excited to see how it evolves. The fencing was not a problem at all for my dogs. They were also very excited to see the basket of toys. We usually bring our own ball and chuck-it but it was nice to be able to throw multiple balls for them to really wear them out. There’s also a water bowl and water in a jug that’s easy to use. Such a beautiful location and the host is wonderful! It was easier to find than I anticipated as well. Overall, good spot! I will be visiting again in the future.

Big enough for dogs to get a good run or a sniff and explore. We went midday (80's) and it was pretty warm in the sun but there was a nice breeze. I was glad to have a hat! A couple of shady spots and beautiful views. The dogs kind of went from one shady spot to the other after some serious frisbee play. My big dog was not bothered by the thistles (cut low) but my little dog apparently has sensitive feet. There are weave poles and a jump if your dog enjoys agility. I left with happy and tired dogs.
