Best spot ever! Hosts are the sweetest. We came for our dog’s birthday and surprised him with a present. Our dogs had the time of their life, it’s the Disney world for dogs.

This is not only a dog paradise, this is every person’s paradise. Came here with my 5 young children to celebrate my fur baby’s first birthday along with his fur brother. This place exceeded my expectations. Let’s start at the beginning, with the amazing communication with the host, explaining everything in detail before our arrival and also remembering it was our fur baby’s birthday and left a gift for him poolside when we arrived. From the drive in, this place is magical. It has a calm and soothing vibe with lots of beautiful nature. There were many things to do, activities not only for dogs but for families as well. My children had a blast, from playing volleyball, basketball and of course the All Star Pool. The pool is a beautiful warm oasis with the coolest water slide. The first time ever we all got to enjoy the pool, kids and both my dogs altogether at the same time. Honestly, words alone can’t explain the wonderful experience and memories we created. Best sniff and people spot Ever!!! I’m so happy we booked 2 hours because 1 hour isn’t enough time to enjoy all the beauty this place has to offer. Worth every penny! We will be back ❤️

They have a zipline and my dog loved chasing me while I road it. Plenty of shade. They loved barking at the goats.

This spot is nice and shaded. Our dogs had a blast. The “living room” in the listing description and photos was not very clean and is full of spiderwebs so it isn’t a place I would sit, but this is not a deal breaker for us and we will for sure be back.

Host was very nice and accommodating. Great and fast communication. Celebrated our fur baby’s 2nd birthday and he had so much fun running around with his brother. The garden is lovely and I was able to relax on the tree swing. My dogs even had a quick dip in the small pool that the host freshly set up before our arrival. We had a PAWSOME time!

Had a great time as usual at this spot! Mango loves to run, sniff, eat grass, and listen to the birds/goats. Easy to find location, spot is clean, and hosts are always available if needed!

Another fun time at Karmine’s! I brought my son and the neighbors dog this time and we all had a great time enjoying this beautiful and spacious property!!

Wow! What an incredible piece of property! The views are amazing! The woods are so pretty with plenty of walkable trails. It’s really perfect for anyone who likes to hike with their dog or if you don’t like to hike just sit and enjoy the view! It is the woods so I recommend mosquito spray. I use the natural stuff and it worked fine. I just can’t say enough about what a beautiful piece of land this is. Atkin and I both really enjoyed exploring this sniffspot, and We will definitely be returning for more visits!

Huge beautiful spacious property! The pups loved exploring. Plenty of space for them to roam and have shade too. Seating area is provided as well. The owners were very kind and welcoming so we are happy to visit again :)

Atkin and I both really enjoyed this visit…Even more than our last visit here! The garden and variety of plants and trees were so fun to look at, that I ended up with more pics of her avocado tree than my dog playing lol I messaged Karmine to confirm the doggy pool would be available and she was very responsive. She even had it all full for us when we got there. Such a beautiful space! Lots of sun and shade to play in along with interesting areas for Atkin to check out.

This is a great spot. Well shaded, clean, lots of room for the pups to run. The goats were fun, we enjoyed feeding them. Will definitely be back!

This was our second visit and just as much fun as the first!! What a great place for the pups, lots of good sniffs and lots of shade, and of course those beautiful goats are a great bonus!

So much fun! Buddy loved it! First time seeing goats for him so he was a little unsure but a great sniff spot! He is worn out!

My two small pups had a great time!!! Host was very responsive- if your gps tells you to turn down a dirt road this is incorrect!

My dogs had a blast! They often get scared of new places but the three loved playing with the water and the area is so calm and peaceful. Will be back!
