A Children’s park is being constructed as an added architectural attraction for families with children and dogs. Also, a Drive-In Theatre is planned. Moreover an outdoor Greek Style Theatre is being constructed for completion before Spring. Each Campground will have a unique theme. For example, “Lion King Campground” has a natural Rock Formation similar to that of the movie Lion King where the Lions look over the valley. A Japanese theme will also be added. Much of the tree are in the rear of the property is being replanted as an Orchard for Apple, Pear, and other trees. Pick your size private dog Park and property location. Sodas will be made available as well as “Boxed Water.” The property has an “ artesian well water supply system.” The property is planned to have electricity, water and have multiple outdoor doggie baths before the Holidays in December. Multiple levels of membership exists and SniffSpot is currently our primary outreach App. Founding Partners, Founding Associates, Founding Members, and Founding Bespoke Level Partners are all welcome on the property starting this weekend.
