This review is for those who have sensitive or reactive dogs. Everything was described accurately! There is a dog next door through a wooden fence that barks occasionally but my dog who is reactive through fence and on leash got over it quickly. It backs and sides to an alley so a car drove by. The neighbors on the other side are fully visible through the fence if they are out. So if your dog is people reactive, just an FYI. It was a lot of stimulus which for us was great because we are working on desensitization! Bring a water bowl with you. A great spot in Coaldale for working on training or quiet time. We will be back!
