55Nice yard .. lots of room and the cleanest spot i have been to thus far . There will be repeat visits. There is a small swampy spot. My dogs wanted to play in .. I let them play just at the edges it is quite deep in the middle and was told in advance about it. Which i really appreciate. Very good communication. My 1 dog is very dog reactive. We could hear a dog in the house but it did not even get mines attention she was having fun running and playing .. my only advice would be to make sure to bring dog friendly mosquito repellent (which of course i did) because of the grassy area and the swamp there is alot.

55it is as advertised with a typical 3 rail fence and barbed wire around the property so you do have to be mindful of your pets if they are runners, but it was a great place to use the chuck it ball and exercise my boy. there was some shade and chairs if need be, and excellent communication with the host prior to arriving.
