Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). I am a working horse farm and fields are anywhere from a smaller paddock to about 3 acres. Horses get moved around so location changes as to what is available. No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Better situation for dogs that have a call back and are not gamey as I have many farm animals they could come in contact with if are not with owner. I have a toilet in the barn for use, plenty of electric outlets and water. Wash stall can also be used for hot water baths after visit. Dogs must be obedient to owners and non animal or human aggressive. You can also walk around the outside of the property on leash and go into Earleville state park land directly behind me.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs.
