Welcome to my beautiful fully fenced in yard! Located on 1/4 of an acre in the Hudson Valley, your pup will have a large private outdoor space to run, sniff and play to their hearts desire. Our home has a private driveway and plenty of street parking. We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys! Need essentials? We’ve got you covered. Hose access and bowls for pup drinking water, a doggy first aid kit, pooper scooper, and trash can. Warning, short but somewhat steep hike up. Property is used as a campsite on most weekends but is usually free on week days. The entire property is 5 acres but there is a cliff that suddenly goes up at the end of camp so it probably makes the space where you would walk more like 2 acres. Maybe just one. I’m bad at guessing this. Unfenced so dogs must be on leash or have great recall. There is a fire pit but you would need to haul your own wood up a hill so I doubt you want to do that! Lots of brush. Lots of sniffing to be done. Feel free to use chairs and hammock but please do not go inside tent or use my wood. It’s hard to haul up there.

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. Lots of grass, perimeter of the yard can be dug in as well as around the swing set. Fully fenced. There is a pool, but it's use is not permitted since there is no entry/exit access for your dog.

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

We have 4 acres fenced in with hills and a very small pond. We have a large deck to sit on while the dogs run. There is a lake across from us that we have access to if your dog is dog friendly. Our yard is mowed with short grass. We own 3 dogs that are available to play with or can we kept inside for reactive dogs. This is our Shanghai La. :)
