Welcome to our yard right in the heart of Wallingford! We have around 1/4 acre surrounded by a 6ft wooden privacy fence in a quiet neighborhood to keep you and your pups secure. For our furry friends, we have toys, water, treats, and open space to run! During the summer, you can have access to the water hose, if that is what your dog loves! For the humans, we have hammock chairs, a picnic table, and a covered patio for those hot summer days. Off street parking in a cul-de-sac neighborhood, without too many noises or traffic. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!!
