Silverlake / Rampart Village Private Dog Park

Fully fenced backyard by Sunset Blvd in Silverlake. Close to DTLA, Hollywood, etc. Large backyard area with astroturf grass, area with mulch dirt, etc. There’s 3 levels so it’s a great place for dogs to run and jump around. Plenty of shade from trees and lounge chair seating for the pup’s humans. Please keep in mind: there are a number of stairs to get to the backyard area (see pictures!). The backyard also has levels that are not fenced and there are different types of terrain in the spot (astroturf, rocks, dirt, etc).

Yard is approximately 64' x 35' excluding gardens. No bags needed as we have a poop scoop available. An additional small fence separates the yard from the driveway (fully enclosed inside the large fence). Please bring your own water and bowl if desired. Have a little taste of the country in the big city. cute backyard with half grass half turf. A little kiddy pool for the dogs to jump into with plenty of toys. A back patio that’s covered so if it happens to rain, you can get out of the rain or get out of the sun with chairs and tables cute little garden beds, and a chicken coop in the back. Also, a fun little sprinkler had that you can turn on to let your dog play in the water.

Grassy Glendale Backyard

Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos. Spacious yard with lots of room for dogs to run around, plus spaces for humans to relax in peace while their doggos sniff and play. Fully fenced with private entrance. Hose with "shower" feature available for dogs who like to run around in the water on hot summer days. Water bowl. My dog (4 y.o./f mutt, 15 lbs, and very social) is generally inside the house with me, as I work from home, and she can come out to play with your dog if you're looking for a playmate. If not though and your dog prefers solo sniffs, that's okay too! We'll stay inside and give you full privacy. ☀️ Summer note: We lower our sprinkler usage in the hotter months to conserve water. With that, parts of our lawn die back, and the grass is a bit patchy in the summer. During this season, the lawn is not as pristine as I’d like it to be. Let’s just say: I will not be winning any Better Homes & Gardens awards. 😂 Alas, such is life in drought-prone So Cal! I can tell you one thing though: The doggos never seem to mind a bit of patchy grass!

DOGGIE SWIM IS AN EXTRA ! Fully fenced in backyard .Private neighborhood in Van Nuys. $21 a pup . The park will be closed on most Wednesdays for pool and yard maintenance but check schedule. Please Note: the swimming pool is for the dogs unless you are helping them in or out of the pool, or training in the shallow end . You are, of course, allowed in the pool during that time. THE POOL IS CONSIDERED AN EXTRA ! It is $12 for a medium sized dog and $17an hour for large and extra large dogs and additional charges per length of appt. Please be honest during your booking . ONE PARENT ONE POOCH ONLY unless prearranged. I will be charging $10 extra if other people show up . There is absolutely no diving , jumping , or doing laps. Please refrain from using Hawaiian Tropic or other suntan products that cloud the water and please BRUSH YOUR PUP before swim to reduce fur in pool. If your pup is prone to excessive shedding or barking we would not be a good match. If you have a dog under 10lbs please let me know ahead of your visit as I have pressure gates for use to prevent your pup from getting through the wrought iron gate . NO CHILDREN! Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles. *Inclement weather- please be advised that there is no completely covered area in the case of rain, and the pool water is not heated.* SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. Homemade human and doggie treats are available most of the time. 🙂 🐾🐾 We do have nighttime lighting and will open a late evening reservation for you upon request. Outward Hound Level One available as an experience during your stay and can be booked as an extra.
