FYI- The pool is available through September 18 as an add on under “Extras”. Due to cold nights and cool days we will not be heating the pool due to the high cost of propane and electricity. The pool should be in the low to mid 70’s, warm enough for your pup(s). Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool is an additional charge and will be open through September 18th.

Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. Fencing is high for bigs, and goes completely down to the ground for littles! What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! About 1/3 is shaded, Wi-Fi, covered porch and a dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out in inclement weather. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool for your visit. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. The spot is named for our recently departed Rocco, our love and inspiration! Sniffspot fee goes to the care of the rescued animals. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses, six chickens, and four companion birds, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two rescued dogs permanently sanctuaried here for a year+ and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case, happy to discuss and try out a playdate. Canine Commons is a fully-fenced dog park located at 135 Beaver Dam Rd, Bedford Hills, New York, dedicated to working dogs. The park has strict rules in place, including the requirement for dogs to have a valid permit, be leashed upon entering and exiting, and for owners to clean up after their pets. Aggression, excessive barking, and digging are not allowed. Only 3 dogs per person are permitted, and children under 12 must be supervised. The park offers amenities such as agility equipment for dogs. Non-compliance may result in expulsion. The park is open from dawn to dusk. The Bark Park at Sycamore Park is located at 790 Long Pond Rd, Mahopac, New York. It is a fully fenced enclosure with rules that must be followed for the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. The park is open from 8 a.m. to sunset and prohibits puppies under 4 months old, female dogs in heat, and unaltered males over 8 months. Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and leashed when entering/exiting the park. Only minimal barking is allowed, and aggressive dogs are prohibited. Owners are responsible for their dogs' behavior and must clean up after them. Amenities include a small dog area, agility equipment, chairs, dog drinking water, and tables. Contact information for emergencies and park regulations can be found on the official website.
