We are so happy that we took a chance on a newbie to Sniffspot. This was our first experience with Sniffspot too. The property is huge - length & width. Huge tree to sit under for shade with a chair provided. Our host kindly offered water & shade / ceiling fan out of the elements if needed, and a trash can for any potty bags. This is completely open. To fully enjoy the property, you will need either a long lead/leash, pups with excellent recall, or pups that are trained on e-collar. At the back of the property is a sweet little private trail/woods with two entrances. The woods have a beautiful little sitting spot alongside a pond for a break if need be. LOTS of room to sniff, run, play fetch, practice scent work. Clean. Grass was mowed. Trail in woods was discoverable. You name it. Wonderful first experience. Hope we get to come back soon ! Thank you again !

Such a cool spot! Took my 3 reactive-ish dogs who had never been near natural water or anything and they loved it. Thought it would be little deeper but it didn’t go farther than their belly which was a nice introduction to the water. There’s also more surrounding spaces to explore too that I didn’t realize which was cool. The river is shared by neighbors which made me a little nervous at first but it was so quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Such a nice host too, thanks Michael!

This is a beautiful park, very well kept with nice landscaping. It’s on a hillside so even after wet weather the grass was mostly dry. There was one swampy area in the far corner.

I visited this Sniffspot with my dog today and had a fantastic time. The private fenced yard was easy to navigate and very clean, which made it a comfortable and safe environment for my furry friend to play in. There was plenty of sunny and shaded space for my dog to run around and explore, and the picnic table and bench were great spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. I also appreciated the dog toy basket and easily accessible trash cans, which added to the overall convenience and comfort of our visit. We will definitely be back to this wonderful Sniffspot, and highly recommend it to any dog owners looking for a great place to play and relax!

Fencing very secure all way around with very nice sturdy gate. Honestly more dry than I'd expect it after all the rain we got this week (but your dogs are gonna get dirty running and playing in any grass, it's inevitable) really pretty too! They had a blast

Great spot for the pups to run! Will definitely be going back. Everything was exactly as I expected per the description. Thanks again! The girls had a great time and we hope to come back sometime soon! It’s not always easy having rescues who are sensitive to other dogs but people like you who open up your property make it just a little easier. Thanks again!! little easier. The joy of seeing our girls sprint freely to their perfect little hearts desires was absolutely priceless. We had to drag them to our car (because they didn’t want to leave), but once they were in the car they were sleeping and continued sleeping throughout the rest of the night! Our dogs were singing, “The best day” by George Straight and meaning every word all thanks to you!!

This large, beautiful, fenced in yard was perfect for my rowdy pitbulls! The fence is very high and in perfect condition. The toys are big dog appropriate, and waste removal was easy. My dogs had a great time!

What a gr8 concept and place! My handsome four legged buddy, Ranger, was having an out of body experience with the sheer joy of being out doors in Frank's safe beautiful area. Ranger was so excited and happy. Ranger spent the first half hour walking the perimeter stopping every so often just to sniff the grass, wild flowers, and trees. The happiness Ranger exhibited connecting with nature inside Frank's clean safe environment was as visible as the smile on his face. Yes, later he played some fetch. Near the hour's end of his first, of many visits to come, Ranger just laid down on the grass near me a little tired, utterly relaxed, calm and happy taking in all Frank's beautiful grass and gentle sloping area. What a wonderful well kept property allowing Ranger on a Spring day to exercise, play, relax and enjoy being a loved dog!
