We professionally fenced 1.5 acres of this property for our dogs, rescue dogs and as a Sniffspot. This field is quite lovely because it has a year-round creek. The fence has been professionally built and is 4 feet tall * We recommend booking 90 minutes minimum, as it can be a long drive and you want to make sure you’re really enjoy your time there. (You can message us for discount coupons - we would rather you book longer, and use a coupon.) The grass can be scratchy, so wear long pants. Also people recommend bringing towels to wipe off your dog after they’ve been playing in the creek . Lastly, please walk the property before you let your dogs off leash ** to make sure there are not any 🫎 moose along the creek. ** ** Moose can be aggressive to dogs and people. If you see one, please leave and we will reimburse you. Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.

This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. This is an unobstructed, fully fenced pasture where dogs can roam freely. Water is provided at the water pump.
