Hi I’m Abby and welcome to the Ferndale Funspot! I have three dogs- 2 cattle dogs and a husky. My yard is the perfect spot for your pup(s) to come play! I have a large trampoline you can use with your pup(s), and a mini pool will be available during the summer. There is a decent amount of space to run, play fetch, and hangout. The spigot on the left side of the yard by the air conditioner can be used to refill the provided water bowls if they are running low. You can also use any of the toys in the yard, as well as additional toys available in the red cooler on the deck. Feel free to hangout on the deck while your pup(s) play! My husky pup would love to meet you and your pup(s) if you would like. We are excited to welcome you to our spot!

The yard is not very big, but has a fully fenced 4’ chain link. We have a hose and sprinkler. The side of the yard has tall grass we hide toys in for enrichment. There are dog bags, a poop scooper, sprinkler/hose, and a water dish for your dog. The rest of the lawn is mowed. Access is through a gate that leads directly to the back yard. There is a small garden, we just ask that you not let your dog dig in it. We do have a small pool, if you would like use of that just ask, no extra charge! It is a dog friendly small kid pool.

The back property is L-shaped. The majority is open space so plenty of room for zoomies and catch. There is some bushes, wild areas, and trees to experience new smells, and play hide-n-seek. FYI - Bring water. The spigot was turned off for the season. Our requests: 1) Pick up your dog's 💩. Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 2) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare. 3) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage Grandfather Oak (Tree) that's over 200 years old! We plan on staying open year round as long as weather permits. As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 6:30pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Our home is situated on an acre lot with over half the property fully fenced in the backyard. There is plenty of room to run and play with your fur babies! We have chairs and a table available for you to sit and relax while your pet gets their energy out. Our small covered deck allows you shade from the sun or rain, while still being able to interact with your pup. Kids allowed as we have a playscape and many outdoor toys. We ask that you respect our things and yard as you would your own. Please pick up any trash you bring or animal waste. Garbage can and doggy bags provided.

We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. New to the spot are solar lights. These light up the seating area at night, so feel free to book those cool fall evenings 🍁 🔥 propane heater now available for use in the fall and winter. Please just turn it off when not in use to conserve propane.

🌳🌲Welcome to Wynshire Woods! 🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. Wynshire Woods includes over a mile of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 49 acre property is nestled in the woods, 1/4 of a mile off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the bottom of our driveway. We have over a mile of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail is about a mile long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The short trail is closer to 1/3-1/2 miles and takes around 25 minutes to walk. We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property, and wildlife and farm animals are abundant. Because we have free range chickens and goats up near our home, all dogs must be leashed or on a long line. Part of the trail does go past our fenced goat area. Any dogs who enter our farm area and hurt or traumatize animals will be fined. We do have 4 dogs who are contained to an invisible fence which does not have access to the trails. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 We are going into hunting season, and will be closed on the weekends so my husband can hunt. I will make sure any additional days he’s hunting I have the spot blocked off. For extra precaution (because there are properties neighboring us that people hunt), dogs should be kept on leash through hunting season (Oct 1-Dec 31). I’ve also purchased 2 orange dog vests that I’ll hang up in the hay barn/hut by the parking area that you can use while walking. (You may want to wear an orange hat as well). Just to be clear- no one will be hunting on our property when the trail has open days. I just want to be extra cautious because there are fields/woods outside our property that people do hunt. 😁.

This is a backyard but also a full-sized baseball field. My dogs have been playing back there for years. The property is fully fenced in with chain link fence. The areas that backup to another yard are over 6ft tall. There is one strip of fence down the first base line that is about 3ft. All gates are closed and ready to entertain your dogs!

This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

We just re-opened after adding 450 feet of fencing and re-seeding the lawn. We are now triple the size of our previous park! Just added, indoor lounge area, with refrigerated drinks, towels, dog treats, hand sanitizer, doggie wipes and mosquito repellent for both dogs and guests, Access through side door of garage.

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you.
