Officially will be reopened for rentals starting December 29! Let your doggos run and play in a fully fenced, mature wooded setting right in the center of Indianapolis! The property is a certified wildlife habitat. As your pets play, enjoy birdwatching and sightings of cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays, bluebirds, hummingbirds, finches, and more. No pesticides or chemicals are used anywhere on the property. Grass is doggy-safe! Only organic cedar mulch with no dyes are present. A bat house installed at the back of the woods helps control mosquitos naturally. NOTE: Straw blankets are in place to control muddy areas from concrete construction that was done this winter. I am controlling it as much as I can before reseeding the grass in spring and fall. Total lot size .67 acres; only the backyard is used for Sniffspot guests. Nearby traffic sounds are possible but not constantly present.

We have multiple gardens, several trees, a playhouse, playground with slide, firepit, stacked wood, a compost pile, a greenhouse & shed, a sandbox (please don’t allow dog to pee or poop here) and a little dome made out of sticks.
