Fully fenced in .25 acres yard with a concrete patio that is level with the yard. No stairs to climb! There is a patio set with extra chairs and side tables, 11 foot umbrella for shade. There are dog toys always available, toddler friendly toys and snacks/beverages available for a fee. I work from home so any need for bathroom breaks can be done when I can open up the door.

South York Dog Spot

We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. The pool is open and ready for pups to swim. **Four person maximum per visit.** No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property during Sniffspot visits.

**NOTE Pool CLOSED for Season** Less than 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore. Pool, tennis court, and mowed free roam area as well as a very large multi acre uncut wild meadow fenced on 3 sides and open to woods on one side. An additional small fully fenced area for training is also on the property. Indoor restroom in the guest house.

Zen Paw Ranch

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Roulette's Retreat

Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. Small kiddie pool, food/water dishes, poop bags, and towels available for use upon request.

Mount Joy PA Zoomie Park

Does your dog have the zoomies? Bring him to my place and let your fur baby run around and get the zoomies out. I have 3 pasture sections that they can use to run and run and run and run and run! I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

Conewago Woods and Water "Sniff-Fest"

If you want complete privacy then this is your spot. Dogs run through the woods and get to sniff nature and even go to the creek for a private swim on the beautiful Conewago creek. Clear and wide walking paths for the owners. I also train dogs for unleashed activities just like what our property offers.

Fully fenced, well kept dog play area! Children’s pool and hose on site for water loving pups! Flower gardens to sniff around in. Private and fun!
