Kayla's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Santa Fe

Fully Fenced
0.02 acres

Hi! Welcome to my home. I am in the process of opening up the big back yard but it’s under construction. I recently had to say goodbye to my lab Daisy. She was a huge part of who I am and still is. I have two other dogs but they will be inside when the yard is being used. In Daisys honor we will offer tons of tennis balls, fresh water, a nice place to sit and relax and more! I know what it’s like to have a reactive dog, so if this is you, this home is a safe place for you and your pup(s) as well.

Unfenced Wilderness in Los Alamos

Unfenced
0.25 acres

My house abuts one of the many canyons in Los Alamos. We've seen foxes, herds of deer, coyote, and bears in our yard. The property is unfenced and the drop into the canyon is steep so a leash - even if it is one of the really long ones for learning recall - is recommended. Given the aforementioned wildlife, evening excursions are discouraged. I have a schipperke of my own. As a pandemic puppy, BearBear is not well socialized yet. If his barkiness is problematic, please kindly let me know and he can go on his on excursion.

55What a beautiful spot and what a welcoming host JC was! He went out of his way to make sure we found his place and gave us the info we needed to enjoy a short loop hike. Skipper was ecstatic and was enthralled with the new and exciting olfactory experience - very different to what he's used to in Maine. I wish we could have stayed longer for a longer hike. I highly recommend this SniffSpot! Be sure you factor in a good 15-20 mins of dirt road travel, each way, from the main drag if you plan to visit.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 160% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Glorieta area are 5 stars.
