We do live on an active farm so especially during planting and harvesting seasons, there may be farm equipment moving up and down the farm lane. You can leave the gate open when you leave. Fresh clean water bowl up by the front deck for each guest. Bin on front deck table with tennis balls, treats, poop bags, snacks and water. Help yourself. Please note that we have some yard work going on in the back patio area so it’s a little muddy there (until it freezes/snows) 90% of the yard is still dry and easily to avoid the muddy spot. We have a hose available for dog drinking water (we shut the water off at the end of Ocotber so the lines dont freeze), and there's ample shade, as well as sun. At night, the patio is lit. There's also a small decorative pond near the patio. Like many homes in Port Washington, we have walnut trees. We do our best to pick them up in the fall when they drop, but the yard will likely have them as we hit autumn. As someone with a reactive dog, I know how important it is for dogs to have their private playtime. I can't wait for your pup to visit and enjoy their off-leash time!
