55We've visited here a few times. It is a really nice yard, fully fenced, secure fencing, secure gate. Plenty of shade when we've visited in morning or afternoon. Easy to locate. Chairs and deck area available. Has some inclined areas which are great for getting extra exercise into my older pupper. She likes to explore the entire area. Chairs under trees to sit and watch. Clean and safe. We haven't taken advantage of the water sprinkler feature that you can request but with the summer heat getting in the 90s we might next time. Overall one of the nicest spots in Tri Cities and we will be back again. We appreciate the opportunity to visit.P S.

55This is a great spot. A small incline which was perfect for getting some exercise into my senior dog. The fencing was very good and would be safe for very active dogs. My dog very much enjoyed our visit, as did I, and we will be back again. Very easy to locate. P S.

2/3 of my dogs had a great time here playing & enjoying the shade. Our 3rd dog only enjoyed a few minutes of her time. I saw comments about the 2 dogs a couple houses up on the hill so I was prepared for them, they calmed down and stopped barking after a few minutes, they weren’t a big issue. We got out of the car & I saw the doodle sitting out front with the neighbor & the dog started barking & our girl handled that ok. Then there were 2 dogs across the street barking over at us & the neighbor immediately next door who then started to walk their fence with their doodle once everyone calmed down and I was playing with our bloodhound it was just a combination of too many dogs for a dog who gets overwhelmed by other dogs easily. It was also a lot of barking for me
That being said I think the spot is great, the hosts are great & 2 of our dogs enjoyed it. So I’m still giving it all 5 stars bc it’s not the hosts fault that all the dogs in the neighborhood were out while we were there. I would go back bc it was a very nice clean spot & not far from home but I don’t think I’d take our reactive dog with us. Holli F.

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks.
