The side gate on the other side of the house is boarded off. SALT WATER POOL. NOT CHLORINE. Fully fenced but not too small dog friendly due to fence having gaps in it. Plenty of shade provided by umbrellas Water and food bowl provided as well as free access to water hose. Plenty of grass to run around. Concrete can get pretty hot during the summer but more than welcome to spray it down with a hose to cool it off. Can bring multiple dogs just make sure they are friendly Please try and pick up the dog poop and throw it in the trash can.

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! Beautiful, scenic, secluded 3.62 acres for your pups to revel in. There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning.
