We are in a more remote area, it’s difficult to shovel all the snow so we might have to close on heavy snow ⛄️ days! The pool is closed and fully covered but please try to keep dogs off cover. There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too. He is close to 60lbs and growing, had him since he was 2 months old and she is about 2 yrs old we have had her since she was 4 months old and is a registered support dog. We love dogs and our dogs love to run around and play - we have toys you are welcome to use (in a white plastic container) and many sticks they chew that your dog(s) are welcome to also enjoy. We will have a small table with two chairs for humans to sit and enjoy a hot beverage and snacks (extra charge) and dog treats for your dog to enjoy, homemade and store bought ones. We ask that you purchase the dog treats (5 or more is extra charge) but we have a container out in case your dog would like to try before you buy :) we ask only 1-2 treats per dog. Sit and relax if you have more than one dog with you or have a blast playing around - watch it, lol our dogs LOVE to hide under the large ever green tree in the back, yours might discover it as well :) Only the pool, hot tub and garden areas are off limits. We ask that the dogs and humans remain off the hot tub lid as it will break. The very back is fenced off as there is water build up (lacks drainage) that we are trying to repair and open it up in the future. We are beside a man made river and farm land so expect to see wild animals. In the Summer there is a doggy pool to cool off in...ducks in the river and many other animals that cross into our property. The yard is fully fenced - no digging please we are just getting our puppy use to no digging :) they are a lot of work aren't they, but full of love and loyalty. We hope you like our yard. We are open to suggestions - so please make any. Our female is very protective of her property and has free in the house so you might hear her barking...he also barks she has taught him well on how to protect the property. Summer time you can ice cubes for your dog(s) not sure how long they will last, but you are welcome to request that. If there is anything you feel you will need for you or furry loved one, please ask. Upon your first visit you will receive a nice little gift for both you and the dog(s). Come and enjoy!
