Second time here, fantastic spot for the dogs to explore. There is a horse visible from this spot as well as a rooster that can heard in the distance. Tick preventative is a must here even though the grass is trimmed short. We had a wonderful time!

Masoun’s field was perfect for my reactive German shepherd! It was completely secure, and I loved that my dog got to see a horse for the first time ever. We will definitely be back!

This is our favorite spot to bring our large dog. It is fully fenced in on about 3 acres. The owners supply water and snacks and umbrella for shade. There are plenty of balls and toys for the dogs to fetch. Also, the owners are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this spot for your furry friend if you want to make them and you happy

Our dog loved this Sniffspot. There was so much room to run around, and he had a great time. There was a dog next door that barked a bit when we showed up but this was actually a good way to work on combatting some reactivity and practicing recall with our dog. As others have mentioned there is a horse that was hanging out on the other side of the 5 ft fence. We didn't mind this but a good thing to know!

Had a great time thanks to a responsive and attentive host. Water, granola bars, & sunscreen were provided. I love that the yard is fully enclosed, so we small dog owners do the have to worry about any gaps/holes.

First sniff spot outing for me and the pup. Lots of space for my dog to run and the owner was so accommodating! Especially since I got stuck in traffic on my way there and was running 20min late. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time here! There were balls, water (for people and pups), and plenty of space to play. The sloped hill was great for tiring my pup out a little quicker 😌 would recommend and definitely be back again!

This place was amazing! Daisy had a blast. Her tail wagged the whole time. So much space to run and play. We went in the afternoon and it was pretty warm but there was plenty of shade along the fence line. She even made friends with a horse.

The host, Masoun, is amazing. He was so communicative and accommodating. The host even put up a screen barrier between their lot and the neighbors so that the neighbor's dog would not be visible. This is by far the largest Sniff Spot in the East Bay and is a gem if you are looking for lots of space. As the mom of a reactive dog, I feel the need to share that it was too hard for my dogs to be here with the neighbor's dog barking at the fence. Even with the barrier, it was too much for my dogs to handle so we left early. (I should add that most sniff spots do not work for us). I hope you can enjoy this space!

5 starts for just allowing people use your space. The only think I would say that I didn’t like was that the grass could’ve been cut.

Flat terrain, solid fence, short grass, water bowl next to spigot, table and chair in the shade. The yard itself is only 0.15 acres (I used Google Maps satellite view to verify), but it's a nice yard and we'll probably come back!

Place was clean and as described in photos. Lots of crows, small birds, and planes going by just FYI if you have a reactive pet. Otherwise great!

I went on a Tuesday morning…lots of street parking, lots of room for our big dog to run around. He enjoyed their toys more than his! At first, a basketball and then other balls, and wore himself out in a short time. I definitely would go back.

There is a large dog next door with a big bark. I had a 6 month old puppy that was startled and frightened by such a bark and it took him about 10 minutes to recover. The big dog next door was out for about 1/4 of my total visit time. None the less, the space is nice and clean. And I will definitely be going back.

Ruth’s place is amazing! The entire checking in and checking out process was seamless and Kai enjoyed his time there and got tired from running around in 30 minutes :-) I would highly recommend for reactive dogs.

We had a wonderful time at this SniffSpot. There is a lot of decorative art at this site, so perfect for sniffing and roaming. It is not an ideal size for a dog RUN so better suited for medium energy dog. There is a bench to the side that you can sip coffee or do some reading. I would give the host a 20 out of 10 for hospitality. She is absolutely open to ideas for how to make this a better spot.

Host was so sweet, such a bright soul. She made sure me and my dogs were well catered to, offered beverages, water for dogs and good conversation!!
