Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool is closed for winter but will reopen in April 2025. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round. We ask that you try to keep your dogs from playing on the pool cover.

Nice size yard with pool and pond view. You may sit under the gazebo or in the lounge chairs. You may also want to swim! Be sure your dogs know how to swim and that they are aware of the drop-off at the shallow end. This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

Secluded yard just outside of the shopping areas of Carlisle Pike. Very quiet with minimal people or animals outside regularly. Private setting with seating for humans, and plenty of room for your furry friends to stretch their legs. Bring your kids along as we have plenty of outdoor fun for them to use at their own risk as well, including a trampoline and obstacle course.

This is an extension of Tina’s Dog House SniffSpot, but for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.

Wylie's Dog Yard is a fully fenced half acre grass area located between a cow pasture and a pond. It includes a few trees that provide shade. This beautiful spot is a great place for dogs to run and chase balls.

Our SniffSpot Play Yard is fully fenced in with a 6ft tall wooden privacy fence. We have 19 wooded acres with our boarding facility being located at the South end of our property, the owners personal residence in the middle and our private SniffSpot play yard at the North end of our property. We do have a nice walking trail that meanders through our property but please be aware that our Playful Pups Retreat Staff may be walking overnight boarding dogs on the trail during our business hours. There is a container with a few toys to play with inside the SniffSpot yard but we do suggest bringing your own toys. Please bring poop bags and clean up after your pet. Please take bags of poop with you or stop at Playful Pups and dispose of it in one of our outdoor trash receptacles. FOR NOISE SENSITIVE DOGS! PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO HAVE A GUN CLUB NOT FAR FROM THIS PLAY YARD. DEPENDING ON THE DAY THERE MAY BE GUNFIRE. NOTE: If you want to walk your pup on our nature trail please stop in at Playful Pups and speak to one of our reception team.
