On a personal note from your host, I was an AirBnB Superhost in downtown Annapolis running a dog-friendly place. Located on a small private horse farm, we offer a safe and fun place to come play with agility equipment, run around, and just have fun. We do not offer lessons or agility training, and all equipment is for entertainment and playing. While some pieces are "competition quality" they are NOT intended to be representative of a true agility school's professional obstacles. Please know your dog's limitations and be smart and safe when using the equipment. The yard is fairly well lighted so that use in the short days of winter is possible. When booking during the dark, lights will be turned on for use. There is seating and a toy box that you can feel free to use. There are security cameras mounted near the back door as well as several outdoor security cameras on various outbuildings. Booking this spot means consent to monitoring. The deck is considered a private area and not open for use at this time.

This is an extension of Tina’s Dog House SniffSpot, but for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.
