Nestled in Johnson City, TN on a private lot with a 4 ft. fenced in area surrounded by mature trees, you and your dog(s) will feel like you're in the country but actually within the city. Conveniently located approximately: 1.5 miles from the Johnson City Medical Center 2.2 miles from the Mountain Home VA Hospital 2.3 miles from ETSU 3.1 miles from downtown Johnson City Come relax, unwind, and listen to the birds chirping in my tranquil and peaceful setting while your pup(s) explore all the scents. If your pup is playful, there are plenty amenities and lots of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. As a pup parent myself, I can appreciate the need to just chill and take in the beauty of nature while my pups burn off some energy from being cooped up in the house all day :) Hope you enjoy your time at Connie's Dogtopia as much as Finley, Fergus, Flynn, Bocephus, and I do! Here's to releasing the zoomies!! Every visit the pups have unlimited access to the wading pool, the Bazinga ball pit, Digger's Depot sandbox, the basic agility equipment and agility tunnel. And don't forget all of the toys to choose from in the brown deck box! 🙂 For the hoomans, there are two sitting area with tables and umbrellas. Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small beverage cart and storage with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. Next to the gravel parking, there is a green bench with complimentary water sprayer, shampoo, bath wipes, paw cleaner, and towels to clean your pups off before heading home. Connie

WE ARE OPEN post-Helene! The top pasture of this small farm is available for dogs to sniff and exercise. Sometimes there will be farm animal smells, horses and goats, and turkeys, rabbits and deer may also visit. The neighbors have a dog in their fenced yard but they're usually good about bringing him in if someone is in the sniff spot. There is a nice hill to tire everyone out, and a pretty view of my little farm. If you sit at the top and throw balls down the hill your dogs will get very tired! There is a picnic table, a swing, a table and chairs, a fire pit chairs, a splashing trough, a dog toy box, and a hose. You can pull right in through the double red gates and close them behind you, to leave my neighbors room to drive past. This will also ensure your dogs don't escape from the sniff spot when you open the car doors. There is a large horse water trough, feel free to dump it and refill it if you need to (and if you're strong enough!) Please have fun with the dog toys - if your dog tears one up just toss out the stuffing or pieces. That's just what dogs do!

55This truly is a dogtopia! Ground is actually nestled between two hierarching grounds, making it feel very safe and secluded. You can see other houses around you but it has a Charming effect. The spot was easy to find, the signs were clearly visible. It is secured with a nice fence and it allows easy access to your vehicle. As for the amenities, the setup is perfect. There are multiple dog Tunnels for them to run through and a sandbox that my dogs loved the most. The yard is just the right size. I could watch both of them at the same time and they both had plenty of room to run. Even though they were distracted by noises further away, the yard was appealing enough that it brought their attention right back. There are nice seating arrangements for people and even complimentary drinks, bottles of water, hot cocoa and even apple cider for options. Everything was left neatly on a table at the entrance. With each seating arrangement there is an umbrella for shade if you need it and great viewing locations in the yard. All In all, This is my first booking and I was blown away by the hospitality and intentional regards for dog activities. There was even gloves to wear for when you pick up your dog's business. I thought this was a nice touch. I can't wait to go back to Connie's Dogtopia.Mandi M.

This was such a great spot for our two small pups to run out some energy! There are so many different toys for them to play with along with plenty of space for them to move freely. It was great seeing our dogs get to enjoy the different obstacles she has laid out. The fence was tall and secure and provided peace of mind. The host was so kind to lay out treats and water for the pups. Will definitely be going back.

I am a professional dog trainer and this spot was perfect for off-leash training for someone who doesn't have access to a yard. We love Connie’s place! There’s all the essentials with water bowls, and toys, as well as refreshments for the parents, and multiple seating arrangements. I’ve never been happier, and neither have the puppies. I 100% recommend it here!! It is the best dog park, and Connie is the sweetest. Personalized dog treats left out for you each visit is the sweetest touch and I leave each visit feeling content with my moneys worth, and that my dogs had a fun playdate. 100000% recommend!!!!!

Connie’s was a nice place for my German Shepherd to get some energy out. The only thing I would look for different would be more room to run him. (He is big and fast). The area is safe and the fence is secure. Plenty of things to sniff. Connie has a full mini dog play ground! If your pup likes a pool of balls or to dig in a sandbox this is your spot! She also cares for her guests and has bug spray and water out for guests. So very sweet. We will probably be visiting more often while I’m house hunting.

She completely made the experience 100% hassle free for me! She was even kind enough to provide treat bags for our pup friends, as well as a precious gift for Aries. We are so thankful for Connie, for allowing us to borrow her amazing space! I was even a few minutes late and she extended our time for an extra 30 minutes - she's amazing! If you're looking for a clean, well maintained, fun, and open space for your furbabies with tons of toys and add ons...look no further! This place has it all!! It's even easy on the wallet, her prices are incredible. Let those zoomies go crazy while you enjoy the peacefulness of the nature around you. We had SO much fun at Connie’s Dogtopia. I opened up the storage bench and it was like a treasure chest of so many fun dog toys. The wading pool, ball pit, herding ball, tunnel, and sand box were all a hit with Annie and Nate. We will most definitely return!

Had a great visit with our 6 month old pup. It was great for him to be able to experience new smells, sights and sounds off leash. It was a bit muddy with all the rain, but so thoughtful that Connie provided wipes and towels for wiping off before getting back in the car. We will definitely be back!!
