We are 2 professional dog trainers. We took 6 of our dogs here. Very nice spot. Multi level terrain and stone landscapes provide a perfect environment for dogs to explore and be fulfilled. Small slatmill is a great added option.

Had so much fun with my 4 dogs. Enjoyed using the slatmill for the first time with my boxer. Was clean with toys and water. My dogs enjoyed the different levels and places to explore. They especially had fun other than the little pool.

Great environment felt comfortable letting my dog run loose she really enjoyed the area, first time here and will definitely be back!

We can't say enough good things about this yard. This yard is SO beautiful and well maintained. It's layout is so perfect for pups to run freely, with lots of different terrains and inclines, it kept our pup happy and curious. I talked to Cody and Tia before renting it to make sure this was okay to use for my puppy's birthday party, and they were SO friendly and accommodating. Our dog had the best time here and it was the most PERFECT space for our needs. We can't wait to rent this yard again

The dogs had a great time playing here again. They lost the little tabby soccer ball over the hill but my husband was able to get it & another ball that was down there. The dogs followed him & thought that was really fun. Haha. Thank you again for sharing your amazing yard with us & our pups.

The dogs LOVE this sniff spot! There is ample space for them to sniff, play, explore. They get tired before the hour is even over. Highly recommend.

Great property with lots to explore, our dogs loved it. The owners were very helpful and accommodating when we left a cell phone there by accident!

This was our first Sniffspot experience, and it was truly fantastic! There lots of different levels and areas for my dog to explore, and she had a great time sniffing around. There was ice water left out for her, which was lovely, and she had a ton of fun playing with the kiddie pool and toys left in the yard for us. We will definitely be returning!

Such a beautiful yard, so much room for the dogs to play, explore, and sniff! There was water out for the dogs and a little pool for them to cool off in. The yard was very quiet and peaceful.

The entry instructions were super clear and the home was simple to find. The yard is large and clean, with a nice perimeter of mature trees that blocks noise and visuals from the street. There is a great variety of terrain, making it interesting for dogs to explore. We our baby and sat in the shade while our dog explored. It was very peaceful!

This was a lovely spot! It feels like a private hiking trail for dogs. Plenty of open spaces as well as wooded areas. Our dog really enjoyed exploring every inch of the yard.

Wow. What a perfect spot! The different levels of the yard make it so fun for the dogs to play and run. The yard was fenced, safe, and clean. Water and toys were provided but we brought some of our own as well. There was a neighbor dog who heard our dogs playing and barked a few times trying to get their attention, but this dog is actually across the street & no problem at all. The only small issue is that our border collie mix is terrified of firework type noises. There was some frequent popping in the distance which is probably just due to it being the weekend after the 24th, but I didn’t think it would be a problem at 11 a.m. Lucky bolted for the gate and when that didn’t work, she hid on the porch & tried to get inside through the doggie door. I finally coaxed her out into the yard to sit with me & she was okay to play after a bit even though the sounds persisted sporadically. Just another testament to the safety of this yard, because had there been a way out, she would’ve been out of there. She has only been with us since October, so we’re working through whatever fears her previous life instilled in her. This is a bit of a drive from our condo in the city but absolutely worth it to give the dogs a fun, safe, private environment. We hit up our parks & they love DogMode but it’s nice to be able to play with them off-leash like this as well. Forever thankful to kind people who share their green space with us. It means so much.

This spot was great! Tons of room for my pup to run around, lots of toys and water provided, and bags provided to pick up after my pup.

Oh my gosh, what an amazing experience. Beautiful yard, great accommodations, could not have asked for it to be any better. We have two Bouvier’s and they had the time of their lives. We explored, we ran, and then we laid under the tree and just enjoyed the shade and the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommend. 

As usual, a great visit! Extra appreciated the doggy pool and thoughtful touches like the sunscreen for the hot day!

This was a nice first experience! My dog was entertained with the yard and all the places to sniff. I felt like he was safe to explore.

Thanks for having us! My dog needed a safe place for zoomies and it was perfect. He loved the winding pathway and different terrains. The whole family went home happy.

Cody and Tia’s Sniffspot was amazing! My dogs explored and explored and ran and ran! They came home and immediately fell asleep from all the fun they had! Franny my ball obsessed bernadoodle had so much fun exploring she never even noticed a ball. Thank you for providing such a fun space!

Beautiful, well kept yard. Our dog enjoyed sniffing around, then once he warmed up, loved running and playing on their great rocks/landscaping. This is a great, safe, fully fenced place to bring your fur friend(s) if they need a change of scenery or land to get their zoomies out. Would recommend!
