Beautiful, well kept yard. Our dog enjoyed sniffing around, then once he warmed up, loved running and playing on their great rocks/landscaping. This is a great, safe, fully fenced place to bring your fur friend(s) if they need a change of scenery or land to get their zoomies out. Would recommend!

A perfect spot. Lots of variety in the landscape; plenty of spots for dogs to explore. Well-maintained. Toys and balls available; host even left out water. Excellent.

The yard looks amazing a the flowers and new grass. It’s so shady too now that it’s hot. We love to come here.

Archie absolutely loved this spot! Hosts were great and provided cold drinking water and toys. Beautiful, well-maintained yard with tons of space to run and explore. Perfect for fetch and zoomies — plenty of shade for breaks too. You can tell this space is well cared for — we’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend for anyone with an active pup.

We loved this sniffspot! The yard was well kept and there was plenty of space for Oliver to run and play. There was lots of different toys for him to play with which made the time even more fun for him!

Beautifully kept yard, lots of spots to explore. My dog only wants to chase his ball, so there were good spots to throw! He did keep losing his ball so I had to go rescue it, so wear sturdy shoes because there are some rough parts off the main areas!

Everything was great! Our dog enjoyed exploring the back yard and playing with Sofina, who's playful and full of energy. Sofina was nice enough to let our dog get all the sniffs she wanted first before getting into her play mode. The yard is fully fenced. Tia prepared iced water and lots of toys for the dogs. We were just visiting Utah for a few days, otherwise we'd definitely be back! Also, the mountain view is gorgeous! Thank you!

I’ve already left a review but figured we’d right another! We’ve used this yard a few times now and I have to say it’s probably the best Sniffspot yard in Northern Utah. Yard is beautiful and so much for your dog to explore! I highly recommend it!

Wow, such a blessing for us to have found this app. We're new to the dog parent roles and we were very nervous leading our 2 very strong and emotionally fragile pups but we had a wonderful experience. Thank you very much, I got exactly what I wanted for my birthday.

The communication was fantastic, and the flexibility provided was generous. The space was perfect for my dogs to play, and I was particularly impressed with how well-fenced the area was. My girls usually find a way to escape, but they couldn't cause any trouble this time! We will be back!

They were so incredibly accommodating and even let us come on a day they were out doing yard work! Great at communicating with us and tired our boy out as usual! They left water out filled with ice which was needed on this hot day!

Very sweet dogs and a very attentive Owner! I loved watching my baby explore and learn, and I very much enjoyed the adorable bonus furbabys! An absolute blast, I will happily book them again!

This sniffspot was excellent! We did a playdate with Sabina and Tia which went very well, the dogs played around each other instead of interacting which was perfect for both of them. There are smooth grassy areas for cleaner play as well as ‘trail’ type areas if the dog is more outdoorsy. Toys and water were both provided. We have a more reserved dog and he gets pretty nervous at new areas so it took him 5-10 minutes to get comfortable, but after that he had a huge grin on his face, he was running around and playing and he even interacted and played with Tia. I wish I’d thought to take some photos.

Our dogs Nova and Maggie had an absolutely amazing time here! They’re still adjusting to city life, and not having a fenced yard has been especially hard on our pit bull. She’s been so anxious lately—terrified of her lead, overwhelmed by our noisy RV park, and usually only willing to go outside for quick bathroom breaks. Watching her finally relax, explore, and run freely was such a relief—it felt like we got our happy, confident girl back. Our cowdog, on the other hand, went full joy-mode—racing up and down the hills and launching into the air after her ball like it was the X Games. It was honestly the happiest we’ve seen either of them in weeks. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches: a basket full of colorful balls, fresh ice water, and even large poop bags with handles (you don’t realize how clutch that is until you’ve wrestled with the awful ones). Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful little haven with us. We’ll absolutely be back!

This is a great yard for dogs who love to explore! My two dogs loved running back and forth up the trail. Good amount of space to run around. Owners provide a bowl of water, poo bags and many toys for the dogs which is awesome.😎 We will be coming back.

Such a nice spot to visit. Bowie was able to sniff, do some parcore, and find a stashed toy. He discovered the neighbor’s goat. Since he is a border collie, he was pretty excited. We will be back to have fun and work on our self control. Thanks so much!!!

We always love coming to play here! The different landscapes, the hills and the toys always tire our high energy pup out!
