This place is incredible. Not only is it the best value SniffSpot we've found, it's also the most hospitable! Plenty of visual barriers for reactive dogs, LOTS of exciting places to explore, agility equipment to play with, beverages and shelter for people, and we were even welcomed with treats for our dogs. Fran is also very quick to communicate and accommodating. We can't wait to come back!

Great Sniffspot. All of the fields are maintained and offer a variety of activities and terrains for pups to explore. My boy loves playing with some of the toys but spends most of his time sniffing around and rolling in the grass. A very private, safe setting for any reactive or non-reactive dog. Fields are fully fenced with visual barrier and completely secure. Perfect, stress-free place to play. ☺

We always have so much fun here. I am completely relaxed, no worries ever of other dogs or people and Cooper is always soooo happy when we pull into the driveway. After all of this time, this is still our favorite Sniffspot. ❤️

The best sniff spot around! There are TONS of games, toys, and treats for your pup as well as coffee snacks and seats for humans. Each field is individually fenced in, so you could bring two dogs and still keep them separate if one was interested in sniffing and the other needed some training. I feel totally safe and confident letting my dog off leash here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more controlled space for your pup.

We had an amazing time! Fran was so thoughtful from how she greeted us to what she provided for the space. There were 5 different fully fenced fields that were all connected by gates. There were toys available in each section and there was even an agility course! She had hot coffee available when we got there on a rainy day and even dog treats and human treats. Cannot say enough great things about this sniffspot! Thank you, Fran!

Delightful visit as always....we just love it here so much! It's so nice to have somewhere totally safe & secure to go for our "walks". My Cooper is so happy and relaxed here and we have loads of fun. Nice big, open fields and Fran has provided everything anyone could possibly need. Our best favorite stomping ground. ♥

This was the first sniffspot I ever visited with my reactive baby Luna, and Fran has me spoiled since then! Relaxing, super fun visit. As always, this is a completely stress free environment and Fran has gone to great lengths to assure the comfort of both her dog and human guests. Very secure fencing with visual barriers and just absolutely nothing to worry about so we can fully enjoy ourselves. Today Cooper mostly just sniffed around but then he discovered one of his favorite toys and had a blast romping around like a nut. Great time and we are so happy to have this Sniffspot nearby! ♥

Always a treat! We've been here in sun, rain, wind, snow and even hail....and, no matter what the weather, Ranch Settings is thoroughly enjoyable. Fran has thought of absolutely everything to make each visit spectacular and safe for every type of dog and has assured her human guests' comfort as well. Excellent Sniff Spot. Large open and separated fields with coverings on the fence so my dog Dave could not see any potential distractions nearby. No dogs were present during my visit but did see a horse (as expected) with Dave just staring not quite able to figure out what it was. Lots of toys available, water, dog bags, and covered spaced for humans to sit. Very much recommended for any dog that is unable to be off leash and reactive to other dogs.

Fabulous place for my dog to run and play. Not a fan of dog parks so it’s nice to be able to do one on one play. The sniff spot is 5 stars, owner is super nice and friendly, and goes out of the way to make it a pleasant experience. Will def return.

Such a great spot! Open fields, clean, fully fenced space. 5 different areas to explore. A lot of toys and activites to do for the pups. A lot of people ammenities as well including coffee, covered area, seating etc. Fran is so great, friendly, and informative! We will definitely be back!

One of our regular hangouts. Fran doesn't use pesticides and uses lead-free hoses to assure your pup's safety. Fields are always well maintained and there is tall fencing all around. Super secure and an amazing place to play. Really spectacular Sniffspot. ♥

Awesome place for my reactive pup, Cooper! Tall, super secure fencing surrounding entire Sniffspot and private. There is only one neighboring property but, with the visual barrier on the fencing, it's not visible to the pups and, in the literally dozens of times we've been here, I've only seen the neighbors maybe three times. Really and truly a worry free place to play. Spacious, groomed fields and loads of amenities for both dogs and humans...we have so much fun every time we visit!

Ranch Setting is always a great time, and this visit was no exception!! Just prior, Fran let us know the neighbors (and most important for us, their dog) were home/more visible with schools closing. She directed us to the fields that did not border the neighbors, which I greatly appreciate. Thankfully, the dog next door remained inside and we had the entire run of the place! My pup got the zoomies throughout the five fields. She fetched, played on the agility equipment, rolled in the grass, and enjoyed some snacks! I left with one tired girl. The thoughtfulness of the host and security of her space is what makes this location excellent. Fran continues to make adjustments and changes to ensure all of her guests have a positive visit, Additionally, the toys are regularly disinfected and cleaned, she has even taken extra measures during COVID-19 to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend this spot for reactive dogs!
