June 1, 2025 Hi I'm Andrea! I have no use for all this property we have here! I come across advertisements for Sniffspot over a year ago now and decided to sign up! June 24 will make 3 years since my 🐕 dog Rosie crossed the rainbow bridge so I have the yard rentable for very cheap in her honor! She is the doggie pictured in my profile photo! The yard is completely fenced in of course. I am not allowed any animals here personally so a surprise pet will not show up during your visit. We do have a stray black and white cat that keeps to himself and a gorgeous cat that belongs to my back neighbor whom comes over to see me. The back neighbor also has a chicken coop right outside the fence. The water here is well water and not filtered please do not use! The landlord does not want to do anything about it. P.S. please bring your senior and disabled dogs!

4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.

We have a basic set of agility equipment, which you can set out and move as you wish. It is usually on the porch with the hammock, but may already be out in the yard. Barxi Park is a fully fenced dog park located at 6877 Tavistock Lakes Blvd in Orlando, Florida. Owners are restricted to bringing two dogs at a time and must ensure they are licensed, vaccinated, and leashed until inside the double-gated area. Owners must remain within view and voice command range of their dogs, clean up after them, and fill in any holes dug. The park is open Thursday and Friday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Additional rules include controlling barking, supervising children under 13, and having a leash in hand at all times. If you want to enjoy the dog days of summer swimming in a beautiful, clean, refreshing saltwater swimming pool with your dogs, Pepper's Backyard and Pool is the spot for you! This spot is perfect for any dog, but especially for reactive dogs that aren't able to run free or be around other dogs or people. When my dog Pepper was alive, I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded. There could potentially be neighbors of all types walking through my neighborhood since my home is located in a highly populated residential neighborhood. As a safety precaution, please lock your car doors, keep your dogs leashed while entering and existing my property, and be aware of your surroundings.

Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

Fenced in yard big enough to throw a ball, have dog run around. I have a small patio and a water bowl for dogs. If it rains, you can message me and come back another time for free. IMPORTANT: If you need help with closing the gate let me know (to open, you push down and pull. You do the opposite to close it but you don't have to make sure it is closed because I don't have a dog! :) We are right off the 408 and close to the executive airport so you will hear jets/planes overhead. Play Ball! Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field (fenced) located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a private use, dog park "alternative" where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash in the company of their people ONLY while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use visits combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well as privacy screening of Club fencing, are designed to ensure minimal encounters with others dogs or people (within vicinity/outside Club). Private use/visits are limited to maximum of *4 "registered" dogs from SAME household per visit (with some exceptions approved by Club manager). Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/visits by unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and *between dogs from different households is NOT permitted (*unless approved by Club Manager). When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more.
