I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. There's reinforced lattice at the bottom of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit; so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :) Lot's of toys and activities for dogs including dog sprinkler and wading pool for hot days. Tons of comfy seating and huge deck with table for their humans to relax and watch them get their zoomies out! I volunteer and support a number of dog rescues and charities and all proceeds from my Sniffspot are donated back to them!

Rolling Gait Canine Centre is a dog training, boarding, daycare and grooming facility with two dedicated SniffSpot areas. This is a 1 plus acre fully pet safe fenced dog play area. We have some dog parkour equipment available and will be adding more. You will see other dogs, people and horses. Please keep your dog leashed and under control until you are in the fenced area. Parking for this spot is off Elgin Road, past the driveway and to the back of the fenced area. Close gates upon exiting. Enjoy!

Ireland Private Dog Farm In Elmira
IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD The Ireland farm is a 7 acre loop trail around our property, there is gravel, mulch, mud, grass a small pond and two grass cut acres for running and playing fetch. We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer. As you drive by the red barn to the parking area you will sometimes see our dog friendly dog Butch in his gated area most likely sleeping! 😄 Once you reach your parking it is private and you are alone.

That’s exactly what we specialize in fixing. **if you own a dog care or dog walking business and want to book our space for over 3 dogs, you have to contact us separately due to insurance and safety requirements. We do plenty of business with other dog businesses but we cannot do that here on this platform** Because we’re not as secluded as other Sniffspots, if your dog is constantly reactive, or aggressive and you're not looking to train or improve their behavior, then this may not be the right spot for you. But if you’re ready to work on things, even just a little, we’d love to support you. We have training bolt ons you can add to your booking for training or learning to swim. PUBLIC TOILET JUST ADDED - Trailer based toilet next to our patio area. **IMPORTANT** Your booking includes either Area 2 or Area 3 (depending on the size of your dog and which you prefer) If you want to use Area 1, 5 or 6 (our pool areas), please select the relevant extra. Then your booking switch from Area 2/3 to Area 1, 5 or 6. If you want to book Area 3 or 2 in addition to your pool spot (area 1, 5 or 6), please create a new booking without any extra marked so you can then enjoy pool time plus off leash area 2 or 3 to dry off. We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a competition spec Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Area 1 - $30/half hour & $45 for 1 hour Area 2 & Area 3 - $10/half hour & $15 for 1 hour. Area 5 - $25/half hour & $40 for 1 hour Area 6 - $20/half hour & $33 for 1 hour. Area 2, and 3 (Dry areas) include up to 3 dogs. Pool areas (1, 5 and 6) include up to 2 dogs. Please select that additional dog extra if bringing more than the specified dogs. Must have 1 adult per 3 dogs. Training bolt on - add an award winning trainer to your booking - $60 for 30 minutes

My backyard is great for dog trainers and their clients, puppy socialization to new areas, reactive dogs needing a safe, secure space, and those that just want a good off-leash romp with some activities. The ambient sounds and sights are good socialization and distraction training tools - traffic, delivery trucks, people coming and going from neighbouring houses and the laneway. The space's photos are updated with the seasons, so you know what to expect. In the summer, a kiddie pool is filled with fresh water daily. Toys and training equipment will be added in the future.

Private Ingersoll Dog Play Arena
***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Conveniently located between London and Woodstock, near Ingersoll and Thamesford, this indoor arena is the perfect place to let your dogs romp! The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**

***All charges are in USD*** Our 1,000+ sq foot indoor training room + 500+ sq foot partially covered potty yard is for rent. Some Training obstacles are available for use during the room rental. Slatmill for dogs included for rental use (please bring your own harness if you plan on using it). Wall climb and Spring pole is also included in rental (you will need to bring your own wall climb toy, belay rope available for larger dogs who can’t be caught). Lots of parking available.
