This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. The perfect place for your canine companions to have a great time. Our park is located in a beautiful natural setting, with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We believe that every dog deserves a safe and fun environment to play and exercise in. Our dog park has a 2 acre 5 foot fenced-in play area that has an open area for running and a small forested area that is great for sniffing. There are some obstacles to explore , an area to play fetch and run free, and a waste disposal station. Some sun , some shade and lots of room to run, sniff and explore. Enjoy clean, fresh air while your dog romps, and explores . There are natural roots and rocks in the field, some brush and a large flat grassed area. It is a field so the ground is uneven. Whether your dog loves to sniff and stroll, do zoomies, climb obstacles or play fetch there are options for all. There is parking for up to three cars, with access directly off the road. We live on a beautiful farm on the Mississippi River in the middle of Arnprior, Kinburn and Pakenham. Enjoy the quietness of the country with our very private dog park! Our field is fully fenced with 6' chain link fence, including a double gate to ensure that no dog can ever escape. Water is available for the dogs, and seating is available under our beautiful trees in the shade for you. As the fall starts to get colder and winter is upon us, we do plan to stay open for the winter. We plan to snowblow parts of the field so that there is a path when the snow gets super deep, and we’ll try to keep the area directly beside the barn clear for you. This is our plan… we’ll see how it works out in reality. :) If you have snowshoes, it may be a good idea to bring them some days depending on how much snowfall we’ll get. There is a bench around the tree on the far hill for you to sit on if you like. There are very few distractions here so it is a great space for play and/or training. Sean’s place is excellent and highly recommended. It is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It has a nice secure fence right around the yard with plenty of place for the dogs to run around and play. In this weather the indoor heated play/training area is a huge plus. Sean was very responsive to all the questions I had before booking and was very accommodating to ensure we had a proper place to park etc. He is very knowledgeable about dogs as he is a dog trainer. We are already booked again for tomorrow.

Great spot. Was visiting Ottawa/Gatineau and brought friends dogs for some enrichment. Secure spot with plenty of room to run around. There were a few mushrooms around the bushes along the back fence line, but these pups knew better and listened when I said “leave it.” It’s most definitely a spot I will come back to. As I make the drive from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to the Ottawa/Gatineau area monthly. (To see the dogs, of course!)

The yard is super nice and huge! The fence tall which is nice and secure enough for any size dog. This yard would be amazing for a dog who doesn’t mind potentially seeing other dogs. The fence is a chain link (as you can see on the pics) so if the neighbours have dogs and go outside, your pup would be able to see and interact with them through the fence. The owners have two beautiful Aussies that were hanging out in front of the glass sliding door, but I am sure you could arrange with the owner to have them away from sight while you are there. Like I said, this would be a great spot for a friendly dog who might just need a secure place to run around.

My dog and his 3 friends had an awesome time. Very spacious backyard that was easy to access and the agility equipment is an added bonus! The neighbours have two small dogs that were out for a bit and barking on the other side of the fence.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot agility park at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
