This place is amazing!! As soon as I opened the gate, all 3 of us were shocked so see the sight in front of us. Chain link fences makes me nervous because I do have a very reactive dog, but it is very secure! My 15 lb senior pup (escape artist) was locked in completely. The view is wonderful (jealous!) very easy access and heavily shaded. Lots of chairs out, and the dog toys and many water bowls are appreciated!(: both of my dogs have different needs, and this place has something for both so 10 stars if I could. My 3 dogs And I adore this property! We've been a few times now and we are impressed every time. There's always fresh water put out, plenty of poop bags and toys! Absolutely beautiful private backyard on a lakefront property! Very easy to find and enter, with a secure latch and fencing, was never worried about my dogs escaping. There are lots of things for even timid dogs to sniff and explore. Both of my dogs loved wandering around and dipping their paws in the lake. There is a lovely welcome area with doggy bags, toys, a doggy first aid kit, and plenty of other things, and I thought was incredibly nice! Plenty of seating and shady areas for hot days. It had been raining a lot when I came so as you can see in the photos it was a little flooded, BUT they kindly let me know ahead of time and offered me a refund! It was no problem for my muddy dogs though, but it was very nice to know before. They also have a hose to spray off any mud before climbing back into the car too! Loved it and will absolutely be back!!!

This was our first Sniffspot experience and I truly can’t believe how amazing of an idea this is! The hosts are so incredibly generous to open their home to us and at such an affordable price too. Our puppy LOVES to swim but we unfortunately live in downtown Dallas so this was such a great way to get her out to explore. We felt very safe and the area felt super private as well.
