The dogs had sooo much fun! Lots to explore, a pond to swim in, and multiple open fields to run in. It was so beautiful for us to walk around in. It’s so big and almost entirely fenced, just a perfect adventure for your dogs!

Wonderful property for our 2 1/2 year old Boxer to explore, so many things to see and do. He met horses and cows for the first time, sniffed around in the wooded area and played soccer in the large grassy area. His absolute favorite was the pond, where he splashed around and fetched sticks. Theresa was very welcoming and met us upon arrival to give us the layout of the land. One side is fenced while the waterline serves as the boundary for the other side. It was the perfect place to practice recall training. If you're there at dusk, you might want to bring mosquito repellent. We had a blast and will definitely be back.

Such a great Sniffspot! Large grass areas for running, perfect pond for pup swimming (more like wading while watching ducks haha), cows and horses nearby but in fenced pastures so it’s perfect for curious dogs. Thanks for offering a great property!

Our host greeted us at the gate to guide us in. What a great spot to take your dog and yourself. Lots of land to run free and explore. Our dog enjoyed playing frisbee and cooling off in the pond. I felt it was a very safe and nice location, especially if you enjoy the country.

We had a fantastic experience at BEV's Sniffspot and couldn't be happier! The grassy area provided was a decent size, perfect for our dogs to run off leash and have a blast. While there were some areas posted as "keep out," it wasn't a problem as everything was posted and a map of the property was provided. One thing to note is that the grass was tall this time of season, so we were keeping an eye out for holes or foxtails. However, we had no issues and this didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the spot. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided by the host, including water bowls, toys, and water. It made our outing with the dogs even more enjoyable. Additionally, Theresa was incredibly responsive, and we had no trouble finding the spot as it was well-posted. Overall, it was a great day with happy tails all around. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable off-leash experience for their furry friends!

Another awesome visit to Bev’s!! Tired, dirty, happy dogs! Jake swam for a long time - the geese got together and came over to tell him it was their territory. 🤣. The horses also came over to say hi - but they’re fenced in another pasture.

Highly recommend! The host is very responsive and helpful. Signage is very clear when entering the property, so you know where to go and where to park. It is as described and well worth it. There is plenty of seating and even a place for children to play. There are two large areas that are great for throwing ball and many spots along the large pond, for the dogs to play in the water. There are lots of things to explore and our dogs absolutely loved it. The boundaries of the property are clearly marked with signs and you are provided maps in the bin that have everything clearly marked. I would recommend only letting your dog off leash, if they have good recall. It would be great for a long lead adventure as well. My husband and I would absolutely come back. Thank you for a great experience!

Duggie had a great time running around and looking at the cows on the other side of the fence, playing fetch on the grassy area and the bin with clean dog bowls and water bottles and toys was such a great addition ✨

This is a fun property with easy access instructions and clear host communication. There are some really fun aspects to the spot and lots of sniffing to be done. Our boys really loved seeing the horses. There are a few restricted areas (for safety) that are clearly marked however not blocked so if your pup does not have good recall you may want to leash up.

Main amenity here is a good sized pond- pretty good for dogs that like to splash around. It didn’t seem too deep along the edges and did have mossy looking stuff on the surface. My dog had a great time splashing around. Grass was mowed in some places and there were some stickers that I had to pick out of my shoes so beware as it gets drier out to make sure that they don’t end up in your dog’s ears or nose. Lots of birds everywhere for those who want to get some birdwatching in while your pup plays.

Second time visiting this spot. Our pup loves exploring and sniffing around the trees, running in the large open space and swimming in the pond. And he gets to interact with the neighbor's horses through the fence. It's one of our favorite places to spend a few hours of off leash fun!
