Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Large grass covered area. Fully enclosed in a new, vinyl coated fence. Large parking lot that can hold multiple cars (puppy play dates!) Bench seating with toys in seat storage (We accept donations!). Dog waste garbage can with poop bag dispenser on side. Beautiful views, quiet road. *please bring your own water*

We are conveniently located off of Interstate’s 89 and 91, great for travelers who are passing through and whose pups need a break from the car ride! We have 2 lovable dogs who enjoy our fully fenced in front yard. We have 2 shade trees, water available as well as chairs for their humans. We are located in a neighborhood with frequent dog walkers and kids playing.

Watkins Woods Private Dog Park on Mt. Kearsarge

Fully fenced yard on Mt. Kearsarge in Warner, NH bordering Rollins State Park located at the historic property settled by the Watkins family in the early 1790’s. Abner Watkins was a founding father of Warner and a soldier in the Revolutionary War serving under Ebenezer Webster, father of Daniel. They fought in the Battles of Bennington and Saratoga and came back victorious. Abner with his wife Ruth and family retired up here on the mountain and is buried at the small cemetery down the road. Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by beautiful oak, maple, birch, pine & ash trees and let your dogs run, play and find sticks. I’m ok if they dig! That’s what dogs love to do! Plenty of shade and a new picnic table. Right next door is the Rollins State Park toll gate to go up Mt. Kearsarge and also access to miles of hiking trails. Fresh drinking water for the dogs! Almost 1 full acre of fully fenced in, private backyard for use. Chairs and a fire pit are available for use for guests. There is off-street parking available as it is located in a quiet neighborhood. You're welcome to walk your dogs around the neighborhood as well. Please just ensure they are leashed if doing so. There are trash cans located by the entrance to the backyard. A water spicket and hose is available for use outside of the winter months.

Come play in our yard. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, completely fenced in. Bring your favorite ball, frisbee and friend, dog or human. Water bowls, treats, bubbles and clean up supplies available. Bottles water available for our human friends upon request. Location is perfect for a quick stop to run out the zoomies. Comfortable outside seating with large umbrellas for shade. And your human can sit there too.
