Loved the property. The first time we've ever used sniff spot, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We are coming from Knoxville with a small backyard, so we only used a small portion of the property. I have dog reactive dogs, so I didn't want to go too close to their house where they keep their dogs in a fenced-in yard. There is a pond right when you come into the property, so that's where we parked and played. One of the owners came down to make sure everything was good, asked if we needed water for the dogs. He also he also he also said he also said he also said that he also said that there was more property if we came up to the house, there was a big field behind the house that we could use. But because of the close proximity to their dogs being fenced in, I didn't want to use that portion but might consider it one of the next go-arounds. They're very nice and I will most likely use this property again.

10/10 Doggo approved. My boys are condo dogs so they weren’t really sure how to act off leash. Once they figured it out they loved it. Great space, very well kept. Will definitely be back!

10/10, owner was very courteous and responsive. Yard was beautiful and had fresh water set out for us as well as toys, poop bags, and hand sanitizer. Nice place to sit as well. Also he made sure small dogs couldn't get through the fence! Will return.

Fully fenced in, quiet area, clean, very kind and accommodating. Very easy from start to finish which was nice as this was my first time using the app. My dogs had a blast! We would definitely come back! I have some tired, happy pups! :)

Our first Sniffspot!!!! Our girls loved it, so many toys, used and brand new. Fresh clean water put out. Poo bags ready! Poo disposal area. This was def a thumbs up for us! Very happy! The host was very quick to respond with any questions! 10/10 recommend!!!

The yard was just as expected. Large with plenty of space that my two pups enjoyed. The pergola was a nice area for me while watching my dogs run around. Plenty of balls and toys to available as well. Very nice neighborhood, would definitely return.

This Spot is GREAT! Privacy Fencing all the way around. There are a few small gaps that a small dog may be able to slip through, but we had no issues. Host was quick to reply and very kind! She kept her resident dog inside and away from the window. Very clean yard with lots of room to run!
