Luna LOVED this Sniffspot. We decided to not bring Duque as he is small and senior, but if you have a German Shepherd or any working breed, this is the spot! We will be back!!!

It was gorgeous! Bring some bug spray and be prepared to have a smelly ride home if your pup goes in the lake, but lovely and so worth it. We did get a bit turned around trying to get to the end of the orange trail, but found it in time to get nice a muddy.

This is a great spot and both my dogs loved it. Once they got a sniff of the water, they were off like a rocket. The trails were marked with orange flags so easy to find. I just need to pay more attention to where I came from as I got a bit mixed up. I did see a cat but was able to get my dogs in the car before they realized it was close by. The owner was available and answered all my questions.

Fun place for dogs to get out of the city and run around. Beautiful scenery!! Lots of bugs-Bring your bug spray. Trails easy to follow due to coloured ribbons on the trees!

Beautiful spot! We took the orange trail, and then walked the path along the lake. Really appreciated how well marked the trails are. Got a bit stuck in the mud attempting to access the lake, but I think we must have picked the wrong spot for that. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful place to go with my reactive German Shepherd dog. Plenty of room to run. We couldn't go to the lake because it was super muddy and we couldn't walk because we sank. Thank you for sharing your place ☺️

Wonderful place to take a stroll with the pup! Lots of bugs so bring bug spray, wouldn’t recommend personally having the dogs go in the water unless you plan for a bath after! Very peaceful!

Great location and beautifully groomed trails. Good directions both to the property and with respect to accessing the trails and the lake. Sorry to see the "for sale" sign on the property, but if anyone is looking for a beautiful spot close to the city...

Such a beautiful place to explore. Sad that there’s only a couple weeks left to enjoy it! Dan is very responsive and helpful via messages. I recommend wearing long pants, long sleeves, and a hat as it is tick season, and I saw one crawling on my dog by the lake and brushed it off. They can be super tiny and not always visible to the human eye, so have a read up on tick prevention & do checks on yourself & dog for a few days afterwards. We saw a deer the first time out! The lake is full of goose poop, so plan to give your dog a bath afterwards! Such a beautiful property, however. I don’t know that my reactive dog would ever have had an opportunity to go to the beach like that without the hosts sharing their property. A big thank you to them!
