WE ARE OPEN post-Helene! The top pasture of this small farm is available for dogs to sniff and exercise. Sometimes there will be farm animal smells, horses and goats, and turkeys, rabbits and deer may also visit. The neighbors have a dog in their fenced yard but they're usually good about bringing him in if someone is in the sniff spot. There is a nice hill to tire everyone out, and a pretty view of my little farm. If you sit at the top and throw balls down the hill your dogs will get very tired! There is a picnic table, a swing, a table and chairs, a fire pit chairs, a splashing trough, a dog toy box, and a hose. You can pull right in through the double red gates and close them behind you, to leave my neighbors room to drive past. This will also ensure your dogs don't escape from the sniff spot when you open the car doors. There is a large horse water trough, feel free to dump it and refill it if you need to (and if you're strong enough!) Please have fun with the dog toys - if your dog tears one up just toss out the stuffing or pieces. That's just what dogs do!

A large pasture with fencing around everywhere. Bring a towel and enjoy! Chairs and tables and sometimes a hammock provided creekside! We just added a new 10x16 Covered Gazebo! We hope you like it! Please do not bring more dogs than you have made your reservation for. If something changes please contact customer service and they can add dogs to your current reservation. I hope you have a fun and restful visit!

1/27 As the ground thaws this site will have some muddy spots. Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoys off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, and hammock are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided. I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

Conveniently located approximately: 1.5 miles from the Johnson City Medical Center 2.2 miles from the Mountain Home VA Hospital 2.3 miles from ETSU 3.1 miles from downtown Johnson City Come relax, unwind, and listen to the birds chirping in my tranquil and peaceful setting while your pup(s) explore all the scents. If your pup is playful, there are plenty amenities and lots of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. As a pup parent myself, I can appreciate the need to just chill and take in the beauty of nature while my pups burn off some energy from being cooped up in the house all day :) Hope you enjoy your time at Connie's Dogtopia as much as Finley, Fergus, Flynn, Bocephus, and I do! Here's to releasing the zoomies!! Every visit the pups have unlimited access to the wading pool, the Bazinga ball pit, Digger's Depot sandbox, the basic agility equipment and agility tunnel. And don't forget all of the toys to choose from in the brown deck box! 🙂 For the hoomans, there are two sitting area with tables and umbrellas. Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small beverage cart and storage with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. Next to the gravel parking, there is a green bench with complimentary water sprayer, shampoo, bath wipes, paw cleaner, and towels to clean your pups off before heading home. Connie

This place was amazing, I'm so excited to come back. It was super private and up on hill with an amazing view. You could see some of the animals from a long distance and our baby was so curious! She also loved all the terrain; there's a lot of ups and downs and little dirt mounds to explore around. For the humans there's also a lot of seating at various places around the spot so as your pup gets tired it's still a new place to rest. I really appreciated all the attention that was put into this place. You can feel the love and care in the air, and this is a really special experience for the little ones.

Loved this beautiful spot!! My pups have so much energy and this spot was perfect for them. They were exhausted after just 30min of running up and down the hill. If you know my pups, you’d know tiring them out in 30min is a miracle. Highly recommend!!

Awesome spot with plenty of space for the pups to sniff, run, and romp around. Also, so many good things to enhance enrichment, including a tub with water and a little play structure for the dogs to be clumsy on. Great location with very little ambient noise, barring the cute chickens and horses in the neighboring pasture 🤗 love this spot

This was perfect! Plenty of toys, running up the hill is a workout for my Midwestern flatland dogs, super secure fence, and no distractions to bark at (they did enjoy seeing the chickens at a distance). We made use of the spot while traveling through town. Burning off the wiggles after a day in the car was much needed and appreciated 👍

This was our first time using Sniffspot and it was amazing! Ease of booking, owner communication (Trish is awesome!), and directions were all spot-on. Once we arrived it was quickly apparent that we could confidently let our dog off-leash. The fence is complete and secure. There was stationary water available as well as a variety of toys and a refuse bin. There was also places for the humans to sit while the dog played. We will definitely be back!!

Very nice, large sniff spot with a variety of terrain to keep dogs occupied. There are bags and a trash can for poop. Muddy areas were covered with hay which was a nice touch to help prevent a dirty ride home!
