12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Bartlett Acres- 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Maple Park

Booking Available! Fully fenced 5 acre well maintained property. Multiple different options for fenced areas adjustments with cattle gate access/closure. Fences have proven to keep chickens and goats in without issue. We have our chickens and goats in a separate fenced area (see photos) that can be opened up to larger fenced area, the “spot.” The “spot” has a large pond for pet swimming in fenced area- pond does have an aerator to keep water moving, lotus flowers, frogs, fish, etc. The pond is surrounded by rock which transitions to a sand base a few feet into the water. The pond gets quite deep towards the middle. A sprinkler or hose (available for additional cost) can used for pet water play/bathing. Please remember to bring your pets towels and any necessary bathing essentials with you. Bonfire pit (potentially available- weather dependent- for additional cost). We have a large bonfire pit on the property built in rock. There are some larger rocks surrounding the bonfire pit and pond that can be used to sit and relax on. Wood is available on property for bonfires. Relax at the picnic table that overlooks the pond and bonfire pit. Or feel free to bring a foldable chair to find your perfect spot either under one of the many trees on the property or around the bonfire.

Take a dip in the creek! Beautiful secluded acreage with mature trees

Beautiful secluded property with a creek running through it. The backyard is about 1 acre with a big open field surrounded by large mature trees and a creek bordering the back side. Dogs must be trained not to run off as we do not have a fence. Old fence posts show the property lines. You can to take a dip in the creek with your dog to cool off on hot days. The water does flow so I wouldn't recommend it for really small dogs. The water is fairly shallow but can get high and flow fast after heavy rain. You will have to walk down a small hill to enter the creek. The weeds get high by the water but I have made 2 separate paths to enter the creek. Entering the creek is at your own risk. The creek is on the property line so the land across the creek is not part of the property so please do not go across the creek. If you do plan on going in the creek I recommend water shoes and a towel, it can get muddy by the water. And it can also get buggy, so you might want to bring bug spray as well. Feel free to move any of the chairs from the firepit to anywhere around the yard but put back when finished. Please clean up after your pup, garbage can is the green one by the garage. You can park on the left side of driveway by the RV and enter on the left side of the garage.
