Ourfully fenced in property is very long and narrow, with a small hill at the back. It’s a great spot for playing fetch, or if your pooch has the zoomies. My one neighbour has trees along the West side of the fence, creating a lot of shade for your furbabies. They’ll second neighbour has a tall fence up for privacy. There’s a picnic table available for you to use, and also a small bistro set off to the side by the gate that you’re welcomed to sit at too. Help yourself to the dog toys that are available in the purple bin, as well as the pile of sticks for fetch. Those things can be found along the back of my house. We have some agility equipment - an all seasons commercial fibreglass tunnel, and a big wooden spool with a wooden bench to walk along. Feel free to bring some kibble to toss in the pool noodle pool! It’s a great enrichment activity for your dog(s) - trying to search for the kibble through the pool noodle pieces. The pool noodle pool is available, weather permitting. There’s also drinking water for your dog(s), and a small garbage bin provided for any waste. I am VERY open to suggestions or ideas via chat. Feel free text reach out to me with any questions or ideas. We have Silkie chickens that stay in their fenced in area on the East side of the property. Nobody around here minds if your dogs bark. If you feel the chickens would be too distracting for your dog(s), please let me know and I can try and get them into the coop during your stay. The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**

We have treed areas, large manicured and unfenced areas for zoomies, a pond for frogging plus an L-shaped fully fenced, fully secure area that wraps around the north and east side of the house. It's the perfect size for a small to medium dogs. It has a manicured portion and a unmaintained portion. (The east side is aprx 60’ long x 25’ wide and the north side is aprx 100’ x 20’ wide.) Larger than some city backyards! We have kiddie pool for splashing and towels for drying the toe beans before getting in the car! We also have fresh water bowl areas with toys such as tennis balls, sticks and tug toys for your dogs enjoyment! There are so many spots to sniff and investigate or just sit and chill with your doggo. We think you will really like it here and look forward to your visit!

There is a few pasture from cattle that is not fully fenced in, but welcome to walk through it. If you are looking for an area to train privately away from everything/hunting training (scents/recall) this would be perfect! I do have 2 dogs on the property. If you are out with your dogs mine will not be outside, just to warn if you hear barking. I do have children. They know not to approach a pup without permission. If your pup is not friendly with children as the parking spots will be right in front of our house. I will make sure they’re not outside when you are unloading our loading back up! I do ask that poop is still picked up in the bush as we do take our dogs and children for walks out there ! I do also offer grooming from my home.
