55This location was so lovely and peaceful. My Doberman, Ruby, and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We went into the pool and Ruby got in a pool for the very first time in her life. She’s never been swimming in any kind of water lake beach nada. It was so funny. She followed me and plopped right in from the side towards the deep end. She went under and came up a little bit frantic. Then I showed her where the stairs are and how to get in and out that way! The property was so clean and inviting. There’s a set of tall pines along the back fence that have squirrels in them. Ruby had lots of fun trying to get a squirrel or two. Ruben was such a graceful host. Since it was our first time there he came out and showed us around a bit, very nice guy! The privacy factor was perfect. Thank you, Ruben for sharing your beautiful relaxing property with Sniffspot. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
