10 Acre Field + Woods to Explore!
I have a 10 acre field (with some pretty nice views) + 60 acres of woods that I'd love to share. Right now the woods are in a pretty natural state (the trails aren't groomed & are in the process of being maintained) so depends on your adventure-ability whether you want to venture that way. There is a brook about 0.7 miles from the parking spot though! My dogs love it. But the field is great for getting a full sprint going or ball toss, etc. My dogs are visible from some areas of the field. If you would prefer not to see other dogs, please plan on walking the back woods with your dog(s). The field is fine to drive on - you'd pull in and drive along the left edge to the back where there is a gap in the rock walk and pick up the trails from there. Please do not park in the driveway - instead, pull off on the side of the road (please make sure you are fully off the road) on the grass or turn into the field a bit and park along the white fence

Porter's Pond Unfenced Private Lake Access. Beach and Dock. In Buxton. 30min from Portland
Great spot on a small pond/lake for swimming! 30minutes from Portland. Super super quiet midweek!!!! You probably won’t see anyone else. Beach for entering the water or a dock for splashing and dock diving practice! Swimming for people and dogs at your own risk! No lifeguards on duty. Life jackets available and one large dog life jacket for Labrador size breeds. Great this time of year when our waterdogs get kicked off the beaches for tourist season. Cool off, have fun, enjoy your own space. Bring your own canoe or kayaks or SUP boards if that’s your dog’s jam! Options to park at the main road for a short nice shady walk down the dirt road to the water or drive down and park. Special accommodation for senior and disabled dogs to access water and park closer (AWD or 4WD best) please request. There are three neighboring dogs; one a very smart excellent recall off lease medium size female (typically not down there before 2pm midweek) and the other two are both always on leashed medium sized female dogs. While we cannot guarantee total privacy we do have our own dedicated waterfront space separate from our neighbors just not fenced in. The road access is a private way so it would only be our neighbors known to us. Must carry out all trash and dog waste.
