There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Fully fenced yard built for entertaining. Trees have all been removed to allow for a large open grass area for zoomies. Also concrete patios and plenty of seating options including a hammock. Dog pool available upon request and if your pup needs socialization our rescue is used by our current trainer as a training dog and is very well behaved. If not the spot is all yours while you are here.

Hello little ones and dog owners. I actually have a 8,241 square feet yard size. I would say that is medium size that is gated all around as you see in the pictures exactly. Lots of room for running around, digging space, explore and have fun! I do have a fire pit in the middle of the yard and a patio deck for dog owners to sit and relax. I don't have much playing toys, but I have plenty of sticks and a ball that can be bitten and thrown. Don't worry, I can buy more toys or you can supply your dog's own favorite toys. I don't have any dog's. There are neighborhood dogs in their respective homes that may bark, but don't worry they can't jump over their fence or anything from their owners homes. If you would like little humans to play with dogs just let me know, if not the space will be yours alone. You can park in front of the house or in the driveway. Any other questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Backyard fully fenced. Minimal neighbor traffic. Far from roads. Some squirrel and bunny traffic. Assortment of toddler appropriate toys available to use. We have a beagle that will be inside far from the door or gone entirely. A fresh water bowl will be put out and pooper scooper provided.

Nice sized backyard with 6 foot chain link fence and 3 gates. The middle gate isolates the backyard. There is access to a water hose along w table and two chairs. Plenty of shade and room to run, both neighbors have dogs but they are monitored and well behaved. Please contact me with any questions.

Our yard is a longer more narrow yard which allows the dogs a little more distance for their runs. There is landscape bordering the fence and a garden in the front of the yard next to a yoga studio. There are areas to explore and areas for both dog and owner to relax, and a secure dog run that can be used for training. There is some agility equipment, a small plastic pool, as well as a sandbox and a deck with a roof in the dog run to help keep the dogs cool on a hot day. Water(hose), dog bowl(s), toys and towel(s) to dry the dogs off will be provided.
