There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. You most likely do not need to book ahead of time, I honestly get maybe 2-3 visits a week, last minute bookings work completely fine 🤠 There is a small plastic pool & toys available 😊 There are no farm animals here currently and this is a pasture that is now cleaned up and ready for our pups to play in. You can bring chairs, set a fire in the huge fire pit (bring wood and fire starter) also welcome to back your pick up into the area and hang out / sunset views for days here! * Short grass / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but CATTLE fencing so great for larger dogs & dogs with GOOD recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property! * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have full privacy. Feel free to bring home a dog toy if your dog wants to bring one 🐕 no need to take it away from them. It's their day when they come for a visit! 😉
