** Please Note Prices Are In USD** Indoor Arena For Rent On A Horse Farm! Conveniently Located In Ingersoll, Great Location For Those Coming From London, Woodstock, Dorchester, Stratford or Brantford! The Arena is 8450sq ft of soft sand, fully fenced, located on a horse farm. The arena offers a secure separate entrance from outside, near the parking for easy access. There is a gate at one end of the arena which is secure to keep in big dogs, however small dogs may be able to squeeze through. The sliding door may be closed to accommodate! Pooped scooper and buckets are provided - please clean up after your furry friends. We ask for no excessive digging as this is also used to exercise horses, a rake will be provided to smooth any divots! All dogs deserve playtime! Reactive dogs are more than welcome to block off a time for private play - please message beforehand for host to block time. We do have some toys, treats and some equipment such as poles and logs to jump! Please leash all dogs entering and leaving the arena. If needed, light switch is located beside the entrance doorway. Please shut lights off when session is finished.

Parking for the woods with trails is available along the boulevard at the entrance to the trail. You have to drive past our driveway to get to the entrance. * Please note that prices are in USD because it’s an American based company that I’m using to post my property. Our fully fenced in spot established in Fall 2024 is very long and narrow, with a small hill at the very back. It’s a great spot for playing fetch, or if your pooch has the zoomies. One of my neighbours has trees along the West side of the fence, creating a lot of shade for your furbabies. The second neighbour has a tall fence up for privacy. There’s a picnic table available for you to use - this is where you’ll find extra poop bags and bug repellent, and also a small bistro set off to the side by the gate that you’re welcomed to sit at too. Help yourself to the dog treats on the picnic table, dog treats, and toys that are available in the purple bin, as well as the pile of sticks for fetch. Those things can be found along the back of my house. We have some agility equipment - an all seasons commercial fibreglass tunnel, and a big wooden spool with a wooden bench to walk along. Feel free to bring some kibble to toss in the pool noodle pool! It’s a great enrichment activity for your dog(s) - trying to search for the kibble through the pool noodle pieces. The pool noodle pool is available, weather permitting. There’s also fresh drinking water for your dog(s) with a hose nearby to refill the bowl, and a small garbage bin provided for any waste. Please note that there is a neighbour dog who is out in his fenced in yard. Also, I am able to put my chickens in the coop before you come. I am VERY open to suggestions or ideas to improve our spot via chat. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or ideas. We have Silkie chickens that stay in their fenced in area on the East side of the property. Nobody around here minds if your dogs bark at them. If you feel the chickens would be too distracting for your dog(s), please let me know and I can try and get them into the coop during your stay. Free wifi available ~ the password will be given when you book your visit. My goal is to have my setup better and better each time you come, so I welcome your feedback and suggestions! There is a few pasture from cattle that is not fully fenced in, but welcome to walk through it. If you are looking for an area to train privately away from everything/hunting training (scents/recall) this would be perfect! I do have 2 dogs on the property. If you are out with your dogs mine will not be outside, just to warn if you hear barking. I do have children. They know not to approach a pup without permission. If your pup is not friendly with children as the parking spots will be right in front of our house. I will make sure they’re not outside when you are unloading or loading back up!
