We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Enjoy!

This was my first time to a sniff spot and it was a blast!!! Even in December my lab had to test out all the swimming areas and got to do her first real dock jump! The trails were clearly marked and I definitely will be returning!

Great time as usual! My two Malinois rarely get tired, but they’re always ready for a nap after a couple hours of running & swimming here.

55I cannot say enough good things about this place. Every dog deserves to come here at least once!! We have never seen our babies have so much fun. Our two Shih Tzu are apartment raised and had never been out in nature before, this was such a safe and beautiful environment for them to explore and get a taste of the outdoors before we take them on any serious hiking trips. They were so excited by all the roaming space and fascinated by the new smells, never wanted to stop for long the whole two hours we were there. It really felt like the dog equivalent of taking your child to Disney. Although we came for the dogs, the humans thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and lush scenery. We did notice some hawks circling over head and recommend other small dog parents consider keeping their snack sized kiddos leashed in the open areas. One of our dogs has a better recall than the other so she was able to off leash frolic all over the place once we were under the trees, our escape artist still got the best walk of his life on the leash. We love that everything was clearly marked, from the Parking spot to the trails it was so easy to find and we knew where we were at all times. The amenities provided felt incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. It’s easy to tell that it was all put together by and for dog lovers. This place is AMAZING. Nicely marked trails, amazing ponds, water stations, chairs for resting. My boys had a BLAST. The hosts have done a great job and I am grateful they choose to share their little slice of heaven. Absolutely will be back!

Absolutely loved our visit! We have two large breed dogs that needed space to run and they certainly found it here! Trails are nice and provided a nice break from the chilly wind. Can’t wait to come back.

Yet again Tani had a ball here! We booked knowing the weather was iffy, and still enjoyed our visit despite the rain (muddy dogs are happy dogs!) The property is well maintained and lovely. There are lots of amenities including a dog wash station!

First visit here and had a great time with our pup. He loved exploring the trails that run along the little river, with spots to cut over to the open field area. There are two pond areas. We discovered the second one following the trails past the house. Loved the way they had it set up, especially with the fully stocked bath area, which came in very handy at the end of our visit. We’ll definitely be back.

This spot was absolutely perfect for my two girls to run around and get some swimming in! There is so much room for exploring and even though the property is not fenced it felt plenty secure. The welcoming touches, water and treats for the pups was also incredibly thoughtful. Can’t wait to return in the future !!

My dogs and I had a blast! You could easily spend all day here, but my dogs were worn out after two hours. The trails are well maintained and clearly marked, and there’s plenty of good smells for your dogs to enjoy. There are toys at each of the ponds, plus ample seating so you can relax and watch your dogs play. The best part was all the breathing room. We live in a cramped neighborhood right by the highway, so letting them stretch their legs was a treat for all three of us. We’ll definitely be back again.

Super cute and private. Host even provided water, treats, and bug spray. One of my rescues is reactive and gets lots of anxiety around other dogs so it was awesome to walk him for a whole hour without seeing any other pets! And they even got to swim a little. Best Sniffspot I’ve been to!!

This park was amazing! My pup absolutely loved exploring and sniffing around. She got to dig, jump in the lake, and relax. Even though the weather wasn't the best, the design is excellent and didn't prevent us from accessing areas of the park. Paws Moyock was clean, well kept and had a variety of toys to play with. Cleaning my pup was a breeze and the castille soap that was provided was excellent (we use Dr. Bronners). It was great allowing my dog to have some fun and come home with a clean puppy! The Host had amazing communication and hospitality was above and beyond.
