Great place for Polar to enjoy for the hour. Really appreciated the two bowls of water waiting and the agility items as well, even though Polar wasn't interested. Comfortable chairs for us and plenty of shade.

Your yard is wonderful for the dog, the only problem is my dog doesn’t like to run outside only in my house. I have to bring him more often the trainer said so he gets used to all the different smells. Thank you for the toys and water left outside. I will definitely come back.

Yard is very spacious. Fenced on all sides although one side, the front, and back are chain link so if someone is outside next door you can see them. During our visit we did not see/ hear anyone or any neighbors, but just something to be aware of. The back of the yard butts up to a small pond but it is fenced off from that. There was a small kiddy pool for the dogs to play in, bowls of water left out, and balls. Lots of space to sit/ run around for dogs and people both sunny and shaded.

It is such a relaxing and manicured property. The dogs had a blast, and we enjoyed the clean and safe yard. We will come back again and again. Thank you for leaving out the toys and the fresh bowls of water, too. Excellent spot!

A great spot! First time using sniff spot and I highly recommend! The yard was clean, plenty of toys, chairs to sit, shade, water, and a small pool for the dogs to cool off. One of our dogs is reactive to other dogs, the owners dogs inside barked only once so it was no issue for us. We will be coming back!

Nice place. Easy to find. Clean. Owner provides all that a dog would need to play and be safe. Also chairs under a lovely tree for the humans!!

It was our first time at Kathy’s place and it won’t be the last! It’s clean, fully fenced in and there’s both sunny and shady areas to enjoy. There’s chairs to sit in and some toys around the yard and even a few agility equipment. My dog had fun and didn’t want to leave, we’ll for sure be back soon!

Clean and well kept. Pretty pond at the back. Nice sitting area and dog cot. Annoying neighbor dog but my dogs ignored it and there was black privacy screen on the chain link fence to block the view of the other dog.
