55Absolutely wonderful experience! The hostess was fantastic - so warm, welcoming, and clearly loved dogs. She made sure my pup felt comfortable and had a great time. My dog had an absolute blast at On the Farm Dog Park and loved every minute exploring the space. The facility is well-maintained and the hostess's care really shows. Would definitely recommend this spot to any dog owner looking for a safe, fun place for their furry friend to play and socialize. Can't wait to come back!Linda W.

55The paly yard was perfect! It's been a week since we were there and have been counting the day until I had another oof day to get back. Whitney was also super sweet and even thought we didn't pre request she still offered us the trails to go on. I actually came on the app to schedule yard time at her spot again, when the app reminded me I needed to write a review. I highly recommend this spot and can't wait to get my pups back there. 55This yard is exactly what was described and more!! My dog has reactivity issues with other dogs, and we live in an apartment so finding off leash spaces for her is impossible (but she deserves to be a dog!).
I reached out to see if the fence was as described- tall, and completely covered. And it was! I also informed her that my dog was reactive, just so she knew, and she was super accommodating! She let me know that her dogs would be inside, and on the other side of the house for complete privacy. She didn’t have to do all of that but did anyways!
While we were there, it was completely quiet minus normal natural sounds (birds, cars, etc). My girl was so happy being able to sniff around freely without being bothered! The host also provided water and a toy!!
To top it all off, the yard is a perfect size for a dog with low energy levels, like mine. It’s large enough to explore but not large enough for her to not be seen!
10/10 recommend. This will be my go to yard now 😇Alexandra G.

55The house is in a beautiful, what looks to be a newer developing subdivision. If you’re in Augusta on the GA side, it’s a quick trip down I-20 and just a few miles off the first exit over the border.
I had reached out to her to see if the neighboring houses on either side had other dogs (which they do NOT at this time, in case anyone else prefers a situation like this) which is exactly what I needed. Due to past issues we’ve encountered with horrible, aggressive neighbor dogs that we’ve lived next to, and one of my dogs getting attacked unprovoked years ago, he doesn’t tend to get along through barriers with other dogs and has some reactivity (yet has gone to daycare just fine 🙄). The house also backs up to a pretty, quiet wood line. It was perfect. We encountered zero issues while there, just like she said, no other surprise animal encounters.
The yard size is exactly as noted in the listing and representation in photos is accurate. It’s pretty much your average, standard newer subdivision size yard, which was absolutely not a problem for us. It was cut and well maintained. There’s still plenty of room for your dog(s) to play fetch, as we did, and zoom around and chase each other. There’s also plenty of patio furniture to sit and relax.
As she noted, she doesn’t have any toys at the moment in the yard, not a problem for us, we have plenty, so we brought our own tennis ball and Chuck it stick. There is a garden hose in the back and we always have a water bowl in our car so I brought that in for the dogs. Gate is easy access to the right side of the house, also clearly noted in listing, unlike other hosts. Side note, at this time, don’t forget to bring your own poo bags for pick up (never a problem for us, we always keep everything on the car) and easy disposal in their residential outdoor garbage bin.
For the size of the yard and simplicity, I think Savannah and her husband’s house is perfectly priced. We went mid afternoon on a weekday, and it was so quiet and beautiful to relax and let the dogs be dogs. We have been going to a place in Summit on the weekends that’s bigger, but an hour drive isn’t feasible on weekdays. This will definitely be our weekday/evening spot. Thank you for sharing your house with us! Kelly P.

55Dogs just love coming here. They start getting excited the moment we turn on to the road! There is always a nice, big, fresh bowl of water along with a toy bin left out. Great shade for those sunny days and lots of great things to sniff. There was even a squirrel for my big girl to chase today! And my old little man loves taking his time to explore. Danielle S.

55This was such a great place to let my dogs have a romp. Bigger than our yard with lots of great and interesting smells and lots of shade. Brianna was great and communicative. She even left out treats and lots of fresh water. With the heat, I’m finding it difficult to walk them when the pavement isn’t scorching. This will be a great alternative- plus no risk of reacting for my reactive pups! Danielle S.

55First....PSA.. the mailbox for the house with the number on it is on the opposite side of the road to the house 😁
This was awesome. We have three Shih Tzu‘s and they’ve just had an absolute blast. Positives: really lovely big open area; treats were left for our little fluff balls; swingset available so if you’ve got kids awesome; big water bowl was left out for our Doggos;friendly neighbour who didn’t mind when our nosy Doggos came over and started barking. Negatives: we saw one poo- which for the size of the place is actually really good ( Briana-as you come out your house it’s to the right near the front 😁) and there is an open garage/barn area with lots of stuff in and a shed with space underneath that naughty dogs that are tired of running around can get into. Neither negative was enough to not be a five star experience. Thank You!Mario J.

55We are staying with family for the weekend and have nowhere for our pup to run. We booked to give him a chance to run around and he loved it! He is 54 lbs and 7 months old and full of energy. The first 20 minutes he spent running as fast and hard as he could. After that he started exploring. He had the best time and we will definitely do this again!
Thank you for the treats, fresh water, toys, and space to run! This was truly a gift to my family!
This was our first time using a sniffspot and we were nervous about how it would go. We are so glad we did it!Candace J.

55My dog and my friend’s dog had an amazing time at Brianna’s spot! There’s a perfect amount of space for them to be able to run and for me to still keep an eye on them! My dog doesn’t really play with toys, but for dogs that do, there’s a toy basket left out with several different kinds of toys. There was also a big, clean water bowl filled with fresh water which was much appreciated! I highly recommend Brianna’s spot and I will definitely be back 😊nora m.

55This spot was GREAT. Easy access, HUGE yard. There was a rope hanging from a tree that my girls loved. It was also great off leash training as areas of the yard are so far apart and not in eyes view. We will definitely be coming back. Alexis P.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
