Welcome to Hot Diggity! We are located conveniently right off of i-75 exit 182. We are a small home-based doggy daycare & pet boarding business, now featuring playtime here on Sniffspot! Our home is on the corner lot, completely fenced in with a separately fenced-in doggy play area. This 0.5 acre land is largely shaded by oak trees so your pups are not baking in the sun. We are in the woodsy area of North Port, and have a pest company routinely spray for ticks & fleas. Our entire home is fenced in, so same-day bookings will need to be approved to ensure i can be home to open the gate. Large flat area approximately .25 acre lot. The lot is partially fenced so dog must be on leash or well trained to stay in area. Great area for running, play, dog training.

We have a 5-acre property located near 301 and Old Tampa Rd. This is our private residence that we are willing to share with other dog lovers. The property has a pond and chicken coop on it. The property is partially fenced, so please be able to recall your pup. There is also a water spigot near the firpit. The pool in the photographs is not included and is for our private use only. We ask that you pick up dog droppings and dispose of them. Thank you!

Organic plant nursery. We have two very friendly dogs but will only let them out with permission. We are by appointment only; we cannot host guests when customers are here. Make sure your dog doesn’t bull doze any potted plants 😄 We get pretty muddy during rainy season but we have a hose to rinse off your pup.

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

This oasis is the perfect retreat for visitors from out of town and local’s who are unable to provide their fur baby with a place to run and play. $20/dog/hour for yard usage and $50/dog/hour with pool access. Horses, pig, chickens and dogs on premises (dogs kept inside, horses in barn while guests are visiting). Small pond with dock available to let your dog swim and practice diving. Absolutely No alligators in pond I get asked this often. Doggy wash station with hose provided. Towels, soap, bug spray and sun screen provided!

Come for an hour or multiple hours and you will leave with a happy sleepy puppy!

Ideally this is a retreat for both pups and parents. I know reading the paper( dog sniffing) is important for mental stimulation, as well as peace to the owners. We have a small koi pond, waterfall, whimsical statues, and several lounge areas for adults, with shade coverage or sun. This current space will cater to small to medium size dogs best. There are loads of tropical gardens, birds and butterfly's. I'm in the process of adding on the back 6 feet by 60 feet is an exclusive dog run. Best to throw the ball area as most of the yard is great for free roaming. I once lived in a little apartment in between homes, I would of loved a space like this to unwind in. There is a dog kennel that's 8 x 15 if needed while visiting as well. Some plants are toxic if dogs were to eat them. Please take care around flower beds, no cutting, please and thank you!
