My boys had alot of fun & were exhausted afterwards. It was fully fenced, wide open to run with plenty to sniff! Thank you for providing water, toys, and a scooper 💩 We will definitely return and recommend.

Barney had a great time ran and sniffed the whole place. There is enough variety of landscape to keep a nosey dog interested. Toys and water there if you forget yours. Plenty of shade for rest. Clean and well kept. Will be back!

Great yard as always! The homeowner even double checked that we had water. The neighbors dogs came out. The first was a black dog who just sniffed ours and they ran back and forth at the fence. Then a tan and white dog came out jumping at the fence(and even broke a beam on the fence) and riled up ours. Neighbors tried to chat for a bit. Tan dog wasn’t calming down and after a few minutes they took him in. Didn’t ruin the experience but something to note for people with reactive dogs!

Great spot! Lots of shade to hang out under, big enough for the dogs to get into a full sprint, lots of smells and stuff too get dog brains working. The host left fresh water and a bowl, hand sanitizer, pooper scooper and a trash can. Very nice and much appreciated! We'll be back!

Good amount of space to run without being to large to lose sight of pups. Lots of areas for them to explore. Perfect mix of sun and shade over the grounds. We'll definitely be back

Perfectly sized yard for a mix of sniffing and recall practice. We used the stumps like an agility course and our puppy loved gaining confidence climbing around the dirt pile area!

Brutus had an absolute blast! There was so much space for him to run around and soo many things for him to smell and explore! He even found a little critter to chase 😂 I was a little unsure about the fencing in the back at first cause I couldn't really see it in pictures, but after checking the perimeter it totally checked out. It's a little ways behind the dirt mound, so there was enough space Brutus wouldn't have been able to jump.

Fantastic Sniffspot! A great place to let our GSP get to have a full out run! Nice deep property and very responsive owner. Place was really a lovely lot with shady area and a woodsy border. Super cool yard! My dog loved smelling the camper and the boat and the other tools. There was plenty of space to explore and birds/chipmunks to watch. We had a great time!

My girlfriend and I went there for a second time with our two dogs. It’s a great property. It’s very secure and I really like that you can park inside the gates. The only thing which was not that big of a deal because we did something about it was there’s a big fire pit and there are Old ashes on top. They certainly were not hot or smoldering or anything, but our dogs kept running through it. They have a lot of firewood, so we did take some flat pieces and just put it over the top of the ashes and then replaced it back into the pile when we were done. Beautiful backyard! Our dogs like to go away in the back and sniff around. We’ll go back again. It’s a good distance for both of us to meet up.

What a fun spot to let our doggos run free! There were plently of toys provided and it was a nice that there were towels available because it was a muddy in some areas. Our dogs had a blast and are definitely worn out. There’s plenty of areas to sniff! The only thing I can think to be aware of is some of the fencing is see through wire. One area had a board up that wasn’t that secure and the fencing behind it was pretty low. We were able to move the board to make it more secure! The neighbors dog was out for a short time but where their fence meets Hyatt’s, it is secure tall wooden privacy fencing. The dog could be viewed from the back area of the yard. My dogs had fun running back and forth with the doggo! Thanks a bunch for having us and we will be back!

Doug had a blast. Large enough to let them really stretch their legs, but not too big that they’re out of your sight or getting into anything. The neighbor dogs said hello and went about their business, other than that we were unbothered for our time there. Definitely recommend some boots if you’re visiting in the winter, but I have nothing but good things to say about this spot.

Nice big yard with lots of places to explore. There was a bin of toys and poop bags (we did bring our own) and a trash can available. Jake had fun romping through the snow. We will definitely be back in the summer.
