55Rachel's backyard was AWESOME! It was super easy to find the house and in a very quiet residential neighborhood, so my dog wasn't distracted by anything. The backyard had plenty of room for my dog to gallop around, and the amenities (water bowl, toys, treats, etc.) were so so nice! I will definitely be back!Remy S.

55Nice spot! Half paved half grass with lots of plants to sniff. Water available as well as toys. My dog had lots of fun here. The neighbors have dogs that you can see just barely through the fence, if that's an issue. My dog is reactive but only when there is no fence in between so it was not a problem for us! My dog was also very intrigued by the cat who was inside the house but visible in a little (super cute) enclosed cat porch. That was kind of ideal for us because it ended up being a tiny bit of exposure therapy for my dog in a safe way, but if your dog really really hates cats this may not be the place for you. We really enjoyed it and hope to come back soon! Elizabeth S.

55Loved it! My 85 lb puppy was very interested in the dog nearby so I monitored him closely along the back fence line as he COULD possibly have made it over the fence and is impulsive ☺️. Everything was great and he had a ball sniffing all the leaves. Thank you and we will be back! Kara E.

55Our dogs loved chasing balls and exploring this yard. I enjoyed sitting under the covered porch when the dogs rested. They had extra balls and water bowls, which was super nice. I’ll definitely come back. Since we don’t have a fenced yard, I’m truly grateful for people who share their yards with us. I love that this family donates to a rescue from their proceeds. 🫶Kendra P.

55What a great spot for my puppy, Harpo, and senior, Jack, to stretch their legs! Everything was as said and we had a great time. My dream is to have a yard like this for them someday! We will definitely be back. Amanda F.

55it was a very spacious and clean place. i like that there was front and backyard accessibility. the only issue i had was the neighbors dogs. my dog and the other dog that can with me weren’t used to being barked at and by multiple dogs. because of that, they were scared most of the time and didn’t want to leave our sides.Leo L.

55The dogs had so much fun again! They are passed out at my feet now, after an hour of romping. Also, this is one of the most thoughtful hosts. They’ve thought of everything. Kendra P.

55My dog, Reah, and I had a great time! I accidentally threw her ball over the fence, so we used all the leaves to forage for treats. The spot is on a hill, which was great for tiring her out. We’ll definitely be back! Alexandra K.

55This was our first Sniffspot experience and we were extremely pleased! Great space for our apartment dogs to run off leash. Neat concept for those (like me) who tend to be a little scared by dog parks. Completely fenced in, which is what we were looking for since we have an escape artist dog. There are dogs on the other side of the fence, but like the property owner said, they bark for 2 or 3 minutes and then give up. Honestly was fine with it as we help our learning puppy learn how to interact with dogs he doesn’t know. Plenty of seating to kick back and relax while your dogs wear themselves out. Clean space - sterile water bowls, wipes, and doggie bags provided. Even had some hand warmers for us! Overall a 10/10 experience. Reilly K.

FAQ about our Pegram dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 98% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Pegram area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 174 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 26 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
