Fire stove available if needed. FYI: Steel Benders Grille has outside heated sitting and dog friendly & only 3 minutes away. Walk doggies on the trail there or drive. Your choice. Please have dogs on leash until entering the red gate into your area & back to vehicle. The 9 acres Ranch is dedicated to my Lil girl "my chihuahua" she was a rescue , my companion went with me everywhere, she did 60 mile walk for cancer, 2 years later she passed away from cancer. In dedication to her I purchased the property's named it LaylamaeRanch@gmail.com to rescue stray street dogs n find them good homes n help foster dogs cause some shelters are overwhelmed n overcrowded. Yard is connected to the driveway area which is fenced in with 6 foot tall wood planks. There is a ditch bank with a walking trail behind that wood fence. Yes it is accessible. The Sniffspot yard is separated from the driveway area by a dog wire mesh fence and 6 foot cinder block. The privacy fence is hard to see in the pics as it looks invisible because it’s black. It’s ok to use both areas or just stay in the yard by closing the yard gate behind you. Ensure you close the driveway gate behind you after you enter. The yard is zero land scaped. Dig proof. And escape proof. And I bring dogs inside during the day when I am home. My house is refrigerated AC. I have a 5 month puppy that is a German shepherd he is fixed and shots are up to date. He is very playful.

I have 1 acre of unfenced natural land in RioGrandEstates in veguita NM . Puppies can play to their hearts content as long as their owners know there are natural wildlife there including SNAKES.

Half of the yard is sand and the other half is small gravel bits. If you're dogs dig, it's no big deal. Let dogs plays, big or small, while humans can relax on the bench in front of the front door. I can also supply a foldable chair. There is a bowl with fresh drinking water. Hand sanitizer will be provided. There are several dog toys in the yard with a big tough red ball for any hard-core chewers. Pooper scooper is hanging in the yard with trash bin located on the north side of the driveway. I will update once I get more items to add to you and your dogs comfort. Enjoy your time in a quiet neighborhood.
