A bowl of wonderful cold water and fresh! This location’s owner for this opportunity took every detail in to account to make this perfect playground experience a hit for our dogs! We were there by ourselves, we did not have a shared playtime. This place was every bit of wonderful and well thought for our dogs. I really appreciate this opportunity. We will return. But, my goodness! I don’t think I have ever been so impressed by the care and comfort that was available to the dogs ever! What a lovely little treat! The host is so thorough with instructions. This was definitely a SNIFF spot! We took advantage of a rare under-100 July day to visit and there was lots for my dogs to check out. Not much grass, so I’m not sure how nice it would be for fetch, but if you want to sit in the shade while your dogs explore, it’s perfect. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
